Very early morning trip to STL. I wasn't confident UBER would show so I checked airport shuttles…read moreon Yelp. Received three responses and PTS was the most reasonable and highest rated. I called and the woman I spoke with was friendly and helpful. Received a text confirmation of arrangements. The driver was waiting when I was ready to go, he was friendly and helpful with baggage, car was comfortable and clean. Trip was uneventful and I arrived earlier than expected. Definitely will use PTS in the future and recommend if you need transportation from the O'Fallon Il area to STL.

My family was traveling together except for my oldest daughter; she had to travel on another…read moreairline. We had worked it out to get our flights to arrive back at Lambert Airport at around the same time and then we could all go home together... then ... in walks "Murphy's Law!" Our flight was delayed causing us to miss our connection back to Lambert. If my daughter's plane arrives on time then no one will there to pick her up! While waiting on standby for our next flight back to Lambert Airport, I looked up transportation for the Ofallon, IL area. SuperShuttle didn't service the Ofallon, IL area. Then, I found R&R Transport. I called and Royce picked up. I told him our circumstance and that my daughter would be landing within the next couple of hours. He responded and arrived at Lambert at the time my daughter's plane was to arrive. RELIEF!!! Murphy's Law was still hanging around because then my daughter texted us and told us her plane was delayed at her connection and she'd be arriving into Lambert about 45 minutes late. Oh no, Royce is going to leave, I thought. I called Royce and told him my daughter's plane was delayed by 45 minutes. By then he was already at Lambert. He told me he'd wait and make sure my daughter got home safely. I was so grateful. Finally, the other half the family arrives in Lambert about 3 hours later. Royce texted me to let me know my daughter was home. My daughter texted me the same and told me Royce was funny and really nice. What a professional! What a great customer experience!!! My husband paid him for waiting at the airport and then his regular rate for the transport from the airport to our house. We will always use Royce and R&R Transport! You should too!

He borrowed $400 from a lady in a retirement home with no intentions of paying her back. He said he would pay her back on the 3rd of sept.2016 but then called her this morning to tell her he's broke and will not be returning the money. That is wrong and predetory behavior. I would highly advise all people to avoid this man like the plague. He has been banned from our building and the police will be called if he is seen in this building. Regardless of whether anyone calls him or not. I'm sure this is not the first time he has done this. Hopefully I will not regret posting this but I feel it's important to warn others so they don't make the same mistake. It is not at all appropriate to even ask clients to borrow him any money at all.

Plans unexpectedly shifted when his university stepped in to handle his travel arrangements, requiring us to cancel the shuttle. When I called, the team at STL Shuttle Service was incredibly understanding and compassionate given our sudden family loss, handling our cancellation with so much grace and empathy. Their kindness during one of the hardest moments of our lives meant the world to us. However, Bryan was very responsive and extremely helpful throughout the entire process including booking. We booked a round trip and were able to get picked up/ dropped off at a nearby location from the airport (not listed on their drop down menu) which was honestly very helpful and saved us the stress in finding another form of transportation. We also had a very last minute request for a later pickup and Bryan was able to accommodate our request, very thankful for that. The shuttle was clean and comfortable and our drivers both trips were very kind, punctual, professional, and knowledgeable with the areas we traveled to/from. In the week leading up to the event, I made multiple attempts to confirm details and received no response. Then, just a few hours before the scheduled pickup on the day of the event, I was informed they would not "be able to make it." This left me scrambling to arrange transportation for 20 people with almost no notice. I was forced to book another company at a higher cost, resulting in a significant additional out-of-pocket expense. I requested: * A refund of my $100 deposit After receiving no response, I followed up multiple times - still no response. The company posted on Facebook that the business had closed and that refunds would be issued within 10-15 business days after January 12. That timeframe has now passed. I followed up again on February 2 requesting a concrete update and received no response. I also attempted to request the refund via Cash App but was unable to process the request. As of today, I have not received any refund or communication. The same-day cancellation and the failure to issue promised refunds or respond to repeated professional outreach are extremely concerning. If anyone has additional contact information for the owners or insight into how refunds are being handled, I would appreciate the information.

I spoke with Hope here, who was super nice and answered all my questions. Between the customer service she provided and the pricing, I decided to go with them, and I'm super glad I did! The bus is absolutely awesome. Lots of room, cool lighting, and it even has a bar with space for drinks. Our driver Ron was super fun and accommodating. He even recommended a couple of places to go around where we were. Such a great experience with this company. Will definitely use them when I need a party bus again!
