In my case I have to say it was a wonderful surprise in that I only had 3 appointments (scheduled perfectly), I did not have any pain during or following the procedures, and his easy going manner were so comforting I could have slept through some of the process. On this last visit, I was sent to him again for a route canal, he got me in (thanks to an opening) the very next morning at 8h30. He began to work on the tooth, and discovered that the break was too far into the gum (down to the bone), he realized that it would not be the best choice to waste time and money on saving the tooth. Since I was already heavily frozen, he got on the phone and worked his magic so I could go straight to another Clinique (oral surgeon), to have the tooth removed. I cannot thank him enough for the caring and responsible way he took care of my emergency issue and to recommend his services to anyone in need. His services were referred by my regular dentist (see other review), Dr Dobby, so I am not sure is you need a referring dentists or not.

She was so sweet, social, and thorough. Not only that, she kept me well-informed of everything she was doing and why. The best part of it all is that I don't think I even shed any blood, which I ALWAYS do due to sensitive gums, they didn't even hurt afterwards. She gave me a great cleaning and polish, then Dr. Bautista came in to verify what needed to be done and the steps to come. He is also very kind and understanding, to both, your primary needs and your financial resources. I'll be going back soon for my follow up, and for once in my life, I feel no stress (because, really, who ever ENJOYS going to see the dentist?). I have finally found the right dentist for me, and one that is so close to where I live! Score!

I had a problem with this work recently and he took care of it efficiently and with a high level of quality. He's obviously a very knowledgeable doctor, but also a very kind and approachable person. He does not have a God complex even though physicians at his level someties have this problem. In fact I had a issue one week while he was on vacation and he actually called me back personally to arrange a meeting within the hour. I should also mention that the facilities are amazing. If only all healthcare rose to these standards!

She was ready to start drilling but by some miracle I changed my mind at the last moment. Then I went to see my regular dentist who took an x-ray and told me that I have ZERO cavities. Overall, Dr. Guertin handed me a bill for over $11,000 of unnecessary work that she wanted to do immediately. I never asked about this, I just wanted my crowns. 2) as far as crowns. Instead of making 2 crowns, she made a kind of bridge and sealed it with plastic. As result my crowns don't fit well, I can't clean (floss) them, and I finally I can't eat right and I have pain in my jaw. In summary, don't go to her and don't listen to anything she tells you, she just wants money and she doesn't care about your health.
