Communication with them was spot on. The estimator who came out to inspect the roof was professional, informative, and downright charming. The quote was competitive and the schedule met our needs. The team showed up at 7 AM and started working immediately. The dumpster arrived a bit later. They were done around 5 PM (It's not a huge roof). I went out after they left and was astonished how well they cleaned up. I literally could not find one scrap of old roofing or a nail anywhere. I had asked their office to arrange for the dumpster to be pulled the following morning because we were having the driveway and parking area re-graded, beginning at 8 AM the next morning. The dumpster got pulled promptly at 7 AM. The following day a quality control manager came to inspect the crew's work. He did a thorough inspection and ran a magnetic nail collector around again, just to be sure there were any left behind. He even sealed a crack in our chimney. I can't imagine what these people could have don't better. I highly recommend Security-Luebke Roofing without any reservation. p.s. I was not paid for this review. They stripped our roof having no shingles only to expose the roof and house to the elements. They came 2 days later and claimed to have completed the job. An inspector assessed their work (as the house was going up for sale) to only discover a list of items they failed to do and/or did poorly. Vents were not installed, nails were going through some shingles... amongst other things. They claimed that WE must have gone onto the roof and "tore into their work" to make their company look bad, because of our displeasure with them. That's insane. They made threats toward us, made personal verbal attacks and continued to be dishonest and unprofessional. We have never experienced such a nightmare of stress. One thing they did have going for them.... they were very convincing with their demands and services.

Finally showed up two weeks after the start date at 11 am, left at 3 pm, then sporadically showed up between 10 and 11 am for the rest of the weeks it took them, some days not showing up at all, never the same crew (sometimes just one person). Always left by 3 pm. We were constantly having to go behind them and get them to fix something they screwed up, and they had an excuse for everything. They even tried blaming some of their mistakes on us? We spent nearly $40k on what ended up being a below-average job, full of shortcuts with poor quality craftsmanship.
