I'm baffled by the negative reviews on Yelp of this roofer. Perhaps their experiences were with other staff (likely former) staff. My experience was 101% positive. Communication with them was spot on. The estimator who came out to inspect the roof was professional, informative, and downright charming. The quote was competitive and the schedule met our needs. The team showed up at 7 AM and started working immediately. The dumpster arrived a bit later. They were done around 5 PM (It's not a huge roof). I went out after they left and was astonished how well they cleaned up. I literally could not find one scrap of old roofing or a nail anywhere. I had asked their office to arrange for the dumpster to be pulled the following morning because we were having the driveway and parking area re-graded, beginning at 8 AM the next morning. The dumpster got pulled promptly at 7 AM. The following day a quality control manager came to inspect the crew's work. He did a thorough inspection and ran a magnetic nail collector around again, just to be sure there were any left behind. He even sealed a crack in our chimney. Had an appointment today, 35 minutes after scheduled time, their office called to reschedule, no reason WHY, just to reschedule. We took off work for this appointment. We have an active roof leak! If you can't show up for the initial appointment, how can we trust you to show up and do the work? Do yourself a favor and call another more reliable roofing contractor, how unprofessional. read more

Beware, this company will damage your home while installing a subpar roof and then take you to court only to claim their contract doesn't specifically state they have to follow state laws or building codes. Furthermore, under oath, claim they don't have to use the same lot number on shingles because it doesn't say that in the contract! This company is unethical and a scam. If you value your home, time and money I highly suggest you find a company that uses the right materials, follows roofing practices and stands by their work. This company does not comply with even the most basic practices like using the same shingles on a roof! Really disappointed to say the least and hopefully others will not endure the nightmare I have gone through with this company. Security Luebke is a disgrace to the roofing industry. read more

They contacted me and left a voice mail. I called them back, was directed to an answering machine, left a message regarding the estimate I wanted for the intended work, never heard back from them. Got someone else who wanted the work. read more

Watch out for these guys, they'll quote you a reasonable price, maybe even a little on the high side, but you think you're getting a quality, reputable company. Then they complete the work and tell you "There might be a change order on this", then you get a email adding 50% onto the cost of the repair. That's just complete bullshit. Never using them again. read more

My experience was almost exactly like one of the other reviews: called to get a quote and a man came to my house in the evening who was basically a salesman. Looked at the roof and took measurements and then was out in his truck for what seemed like an unusual amount of time compared to the other company I was getting a quote from. When he came back he wanted to do a presentation about the company and sell me on how wonderful they are. My infant son was crying and we were clearly trying to get dinner ready so I asked him if he could just give us the quote. In this case he quoted me a number that was FOUR TIMES more than my other quote. I laughed and told him it was absurd to waste so much of our time if he was going to give us such a ridiculous number. I will never recommend getting a quote from here just based on how invasive and inconsiderate the process was, let alone the price. read more

very dishonest company. they do fair work, but pricing is extremely high. They take advantage of people and use any method they choose to in order to raise pricing. They do not disclose everything up front and then surprise you with higher pricing. This is the same message that all my neighbors have experienced. We were all taken advantage of. Security Luebke replaced our neighbor's roof last year (summer 2017). They tarped over our new landscaping and proceeded to dump the enitre two or three layers of our neighbor's roof onto the tarps smashing our landscaping. We arrived home after most of the damage was done and spoke with two different people (Carolyn Mieliuis, Residential Expeditor) and Noel Garcia Sanchez (Project Manager). Carolyn apologized and said that the project had been subcontracted. We were told to get an estimate from a landscaper to remedy the damage. We made several attempts to contact the company, but have received no return phone calls. It is a year later and we have had to replace several plants and a large portion of the mulch due to the number of roofing nails and material left behind. read more

I requested a quote for my roof and a guy came over to measure. He then went on this ridiculously long rant about how they are highly rated, etc. and that's why their prices are higher then everyone else but it's ''quality for your money''. I asked him how long it was going to take because he was talking for well over an hour and he couldn't give me a time. I then requested numerous times to provide me the price and he kept saying ''I'll get to that''. I had to get my infant son fed, changed, and ready for bed so I told him politely that he needed to either give me the price or leave. He finally gave me the price have continuing to talk about their company. The price was 3 TIMES HIGHER than my other quote from another company. He was at my house for 3 HOURS!!!! This company try's to convince people into spending WAY to much money for their roof and rope them into other things like gutters and gutter guards. I don't know how they are in business but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone! Absolutely terrible!!! read more
