I dropped it off after work and picked it up on my way to work the next day. He didn't charge for follow-up questions over the phone. I most appreciated the phone calls keeping me up to date on the progress, options, and what each cost before doing the work! These folks were great. I had a failing hard drive. They weren't the cheapest quote that I received…read more(that's one of the reasons that I chose them), but they were in the ballpark and the ETA was reasonable. I use Carbonite and unfortunately it did not back up some of the items that I need. They continued to work with me to restore these items even though they did not charge me for reloading data due to my (incomplete) Carbonite backup. No BS, straight forward experience.
