He told me he would call me when the hard drive came in and he never did. I have been put off by him on multiple occasions sighting personal matters but have never received the services or my money back. When I call he does not answer and does not return my calls. He essentially scammed me out of my money in October of 2021. It is now December of 2022 and I still don't have my computer fixed and I lost out on $300 with no attempt from Vic to make it right. He has fixed computers for me in the past so I am highly shocked and disappointed by this behavior and I now know I cannot work with him in the future or refer anyone to him due to this lack of respect and professionalism.
