My husband's phone wasn't charging well, so I went on Yelp to get a quote. Kevin replied in just a few minutes and the store wasn't even open. His quote was reasonable to repair, but he told me to come in and see if it could be fixed by just being cleaned, which cost much less. He quickly cleaned it and tested my cords (one was bad), so we're back in business quickly and inexpensively! It's like a new phone! No hassle! Highly recommend this repair shop! They were amazingly helpful, kind, and caring. we tried multiple places that didn't care at all and don't know what they were doing, or didn't even try, but these people tried multiple methods and worked amazingly hard, sadly we weren't able to recover everything but they were able to get some files back to us. they were so amazing and I'm glad we went to them. read more

Completely blown away by the customer service here. My wife had her Galaxy s10 screen cracked and smashed by our lovely terrible two year old. I came to Yelp and asked for a quote. Kevin with TXK Biz Services replied with a question and then a quote within a few minutes of my after hours request. While I was deciding if I want to tell my wife how much this little fiasco was going to cost us. Kevin offered up a generous suggestion. He offered up another business to check out. Without knowing that we were nurses he suggested if we were to go to a competitor and take advantage of their exclusive deal with Samsung for repairs of front line workers phones. I will check it out in am and if the deal is over or not free I will definitely spend my money here!!! He offers a mobile service so can come to your home or office!! I am super excited to get this information from him and to find someone who cares about customers so much he will suggest a competitor. Wow excellent service!!! Yesterday, I dropped my iPhone 10 and broke the back screen of the phone. Using Yelp's app., I immediately obtained access to several iPhone repair businesses. However, the businesses I contacted did not have the parts and would have to order the new rear glass housing of the phone. Keith of TXK Biz Services, responded promptly. He completed a two day repair repair in less than 24 hours, his mobile service picked up the phone and dropped it off.
