One issue we always have had is having our carpets and tile cleaned properly at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. It has always been a challenge, especially when they know you have dogs, do not honor their initial quote and continually pressure you to buy this and that add-on to ensure the carpets were properly cleaned, but in the end were not.
