I had my very expensive porcelain tiles cleaned and grout resealed along with my shower tiles. Jake did a horrible job. When done he asked me how does it look and i showed him things that needed to be redone and he complained and complained like a child. he was very RUDE and intimidating. he said what is it that you don't like and that you are not happy with. i showed him and he said so you want me to redo it again even though it is getting late. He was angry with me because i didnt like the way the job came out. he got down on his hands and knees and wiped up the mess and then said what else are you not happy with. Rude as can be. then he said to me that he still has to steam clean the garage and that it is getting real late to do it. i took everything out in the morning -my house cleaners helped us and he complained that he had to take more stuff out. i told him he doesn't need to do it. i will have my house cleaning people do it. in the mid afternoon i asked him about doing the grout line in the kitchen around the sink and if he had the color which i told his wife about 5 weeks prior to get it. he said he had it and then told me he had to go to home depot to get it. he charged me $87.50 to do a 5 minute job around the quartz counters which included an $11.00 tube of caulk that he had to tell his wife who was at home to get it and drop it at my house. he lied right to my face. he also gave me one price in the morning and added in another $200.00 when he was done for all the work. Poor communication skills. He ruined my 5 inch new baseboards. They all had vertical splits. i had to have a handyman caulk them and repaint them and he left hose marks on my leather furniture in the living room. He is careless and nasty. i couldn't wait for him to get out of my house. He wanted to come back the next day to finish the job. i said absolutely NO. i would never recommend him to anyone. A bully and a chronic complainer that he worked so hard and i wasn't happy with his job. He charged an excessive amount of money for poor quality. He is all about the money. $87.50 to caulk around the sink for 5 minutes. He also left caulk on the counters and the grates on stovetop. sloppy work. what an experience. i could go on and on because there were more things that he did not do right. read more

I had my lvp floors cleaned today and they haven't been this clean in a long time. They deep cleaned all of the traffic areas I requested. They move small items and put everything back. They measured all the requested areas and gave me a quote before they did the work so no hidden fees or surprise charges. This company was recommended by a realtor (that we weren't using for buying/selling). it was a third company we had our for an estimate. I completely regret going with this company. Jake was a bully, intimidating, rude, very poor communicator and dismissive despite his words that the company's goal is providing excellent customer service (definitely not even close). Additionally, the two primary workers (we rarely saw Jake after start of job except when he showed up late a few times arguing about the issues I had with completed work) spoke only Spanish and as a result, impossible to communicate with. Instead, they'd go outside making presumed private calls to Jake (odd, as he doesn't speak Spanish either). They'd basically just say "it looks good, ya"? No! It looks wet, not good. There are multiple tile AND wall areas that had been spilled on likely by the stripper, than re-coated over. Looks terrible. Damaged a base board without even reporting it. Found it after the fact. The workers often came LATE after other jobs, after 5 or 6 pm, thus already tired and rushed. His excuses about my complaints/concerns either were full of nonsense/unclear excuses or that more $$ would need to be spent to fix it!!!! After saving for years to get this work done, it was an unfortunate waste of money. It is clear he is only concerned about money and bullying if you raise any questions/concerns. WOW! I have lived in AZ 21 years. It's a dust ball and I have had my carpets cleaned many times over the years. I never would have believed you could get my nearly 8 year old carpet to look almost brand new. This company was amazing and my carpet was dry completely dry in 6 hours or less. I didn't check it till hour 6 so I am not sure when it was dry. Try them you will love the job they do and good people to boot. read more

Update- Since making this review I have spoke w Brent a couple times and have been refunded what they charged me for the cleaning of the carpets. He apologized for my landlord having to hire a different company and said they would still like to be able to see the carpets after they were fixed. I will post the updated pic from the landlord as well, it's a before and after. Thank you for the follow up Brent. Your tile cleaning was great. Since I am not able to respond to your response...there was no communication with me or my landlord nor did you guys follow up with communication with them to see the cleaned carpets afterwards like you said you would like to do per the text messages. But way to be ethical!!! As you can see the communication ended once you were asked to follow through. And actually you only came to the house once to clean and once to fix your mistakes. And we all know that taking pics of wet carpet doesn't tell us anything does it. I hired this company because of a few peoples recommendations. We were doing a move out on our rental. There was 2 places that had yellowish stains that were there when we moved in but we had dirt on the carpets from dirty feet after being in the pool. Because I wanted our deposit back in full I wanted everything better than it was before I moved in. This company scheduled easily, showed up on time and their tile cleaning was great. But their carpet cleaning or stain prep spray left huge brownish colored stains all over the carpets. I had them come back out as I had read that this happens when some companies stain spray has a reaction to the carpet and they should use acid spray to get this out. They came back out and did it again and had the same result as they used the same spray. They then said it was because of a dirty pad underneath. My landlord then had their regular company come out and redo the carpets and got the stains out. So not only was I charged by this company but then had to pay for the other company out of my deposit to fix their problem. Then to place insult to injury they said they would send me an email explaining the spots to my landlord, they didn't. They said they would refund if the other company could get it out, they didn't. Having had rotten luck with previous floor care companies, I finally found a company that does really great work

It's been a difficult last few months running a retail store. Our carpet in our showroom was beyond filthy. Since we are closed on Mondays I called several carpet cleaning companies to see if they could do same day service. Update After several calls from this company, I agreed to allow Jake to come back and work on the stains again. I'm not sure why Bret's response to my review states that the my couldn't see the stains when he goes on to say that after the second service the stains were completely erased. Both statements cannot exist at the same time. Regardless, the second service was fine until the end of the appointment. The small stains were removed as was one of the large stains. The other large stain is still quite visible, perhaps more so than before. At the end of the appointment, Jake was packing up his equipment. Nothing unusual. He asked me to remove my review. I said I would consider removing it when I had time, likely over the weekend. Then things took a bizarre twist. Jake stood in my doorway and said that he would not leave until I remove the review. I said that was inappropriate and he would need to leave before I call the police. Note that my children were home as was their nanny who witnessed this whole exchange. Jake then raised his voice and said that it is not difficult to remove a review and I needed to take it down and he wouldn't leave until I did. IT WAS SO STRANGE!!! I again refused and told him to pack his equipment and leave. I told him that using bullying behavior and intimidation tactics was intolerable. He then changed his tone and said that he isn't a bully. Then he said that I would need to talk to the CEO and put Bret on the phone. I reported Jake's behavior to Bret who apologized and said not to take it personally. I gave Jake back his phone and he left. This situation was both scary and completely inexcusable. read more

Just had On Target clean our living room and bedroom carpets, hallway, and an area rug. About 1200 sq ft total. Jake was a friendly and professional young man and he did a great job. I took 3 bids and theirs was in the middle, so went with them because they are local and were quick to respond. Note: Stanley Steamers' estimate was almost double! On Target's quote also included free Scotch guarding, and others charged extra for that. Jake was efficient--in and out in one hour, including moving furniture, and it looks great and smells so fresh and citrusy-clean! Buyer beware! I got a coupon in the mail and decided to treat my mother and get her carpets and rugs cleaned before she hosted a big family get together last month. I should have known that a carpet cleaning company using a coupon was not going to offer great service. My fault! Scheduling wasn't difficult, the gentleman on the phone seemed eager for business and was pleasant enough. Jake came out to do the cleaning. He immediately tried to upsell and get furniture included in the project. He then pressured my mother into adding rugs. She kept saying no but he kept asking. She was annoyed and unfortunately I wasn't there to ask him to just do the job that was scheduled. The company uses corner guards along with every other company these days so that's on par. The appointment went downhill once Jake was cleaning up and asked my mother to "check out the work."She noticed water spills on the travertine tile and asked him to wipe them up before he left. He said he didn't make the spill and needed to get to his next job but would do it as a courtesy. She started to walk away and Jake stood there... he was waiting for her to bring him towels to use. He didn't stock his truck with basic supplies to clean. Towels. She found some rag towels and he cleaned up but was huffing and puffing the whole time and then reminded her that cleaning up water wasn't part of the job... even though he cleans carpets... using water. My mother is not confrontational so she thanked him for cleaning up and showed him to the door. He then asked for a tip!!!!!!!! He said that since he went above and beyond to clean the water that he "didn't spill" he hoped she would be generous in her gratuity. She said no thank you and closed the door. She watched from the window as he spent the next 5 minutes throwing his equipment into his van. We needed a cleaning service pronto after my daughter's puppy became sick with Parvo, a very contagious disease. We needed to disinfect the carpet, upholstery, and area rug as soon as possible. Jake and Sean were able to come out the same day. Work was done professionally and well. Friendly and helpful staff! After the couch dried, there was one small stain on a couch cushion that didn't come out. Kristin agreed to come out the same day and pick it up so they could work on the stain in their office.
