The company that installed the plank flooring did a poor job of tacking down the carpet to begin with but then recently a dog we were watching tore up where one of the bedrooms meets the hallway and Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaners was able to cut, stretch and retack that area. I also got that bedroom professionally cleaned and it made it look SO much better! The tack is still holding strong and you can still tell a difference with the carpet since having it cleaned.
