I went over to the counter looked at the menu, waited a couple minutes and the woman that works there never looked up from her phone so i eventually walked away and grabbed a protein shake from the fridge. The MRE shakes here are around $5 and taste great. You can get 3 for about the same price as one from this place. Not worth it. I should mention this place is inside Golds Gym of Smithtown. The gym is great, support the gym and buy a drink from the fridge.

The only thing I'll mention is that the heating instructions are the same for everything we've gotten so far and 2minutes on a wrap is much different than 2 minutes on a steak bowl. One of the wraps basically turned to a mushy mess. Overall I'm happy with the variety and convenience of getting meals here for a fair price. If they were more than $10 each I'd probably hesitate a bit but for what you're paying I think it's a good value.

If you order a smoothie before 10am , it is significantly cheaper ($3.99 I believe) as opposed to $7.99 or something like that. However, if you order through the app before 10, you will not get the sale price. It's only when you order at the store or over the phone :| I feel like the business app should also apply the sales price , but whatever. I learned the hard way. I have a speech disability--I stutter--and while I was trying to order (a regular-sized açaí bowl with Nutella and mangos), the employee helping me walked away mid-order without saying a word. He went into the back and brought out someone else to take my order. While I struggled to speak, he stood in the back and stared at me the entire time, watching me with absolutely no empathy as I was visibly anxious and uncomfortable. It felt like I was being put on display--like a problem they didn't want to deal with. I ended up typing my order because I was so embarrassed and anxious. Let me be clear: my stutter is not the issue--your staff's reaction to it is. The lack of patience, the complete disregard for basic human decency, and the way I was made to feel less-than--it was ableist, plain and simple. I never thought I'd have to say this about a place I used to genuinely enjoy, but I left feeling ashamed and angry. If there's new ownership, it definitely shows--and not in a good way. I hope serious action is taken, because no one should be treated this way for simply speaking differently.
