This is the best frozen yogurt I've had in Suffolk. It's second on my list right after my favorite Fro-Yo in Nassau. I came here after watching sports and wanted to treat myself. The girls that worked here were extremely friendly. The place was quite because they had no music playing, I thought that was a bit weird. The Fro-Yo is .65 cents a cup so it's priced well. I really enjoyed the Yogurt at this place. The floor was a bit messy and one of the lights above the toppings bar was out. Hopefully the owner understand that he needs to pay attention to all the small details in order to get people in the store. I would definitely come back because it is the best spot in Suffolk, but it's only because the Fro-Yo is good and not because I enjoyed the vibe of the place. read more

Great new frozen yogurt joint! Many delicious flavors including mango, peanut butter and chocolate. The mango flavor was the best I've had and that's saying a lot because I frequent a lot for yogurt joints throughout the country. As for the prices, they are pretty reasonable as well. I was on the website to check the stores hours just now. I was so surprised by the few bad reviews. I've just recently begun going and have had only pleasant experiences. Clean store, plenty of flavors and toppings. Owner is always there and pleasant. I haven't had an issue. But people rarely go on and leave good reviews , only when they are upset to get back at the owner. People need to realize for any negative review, there are many more happy customers who just go home and eat their froyo with a smile. This was the first yogurt place that didn't have cookies and cream. The toppings options were fine, but it was really expensive. I didn't get that much yogurt or toppings and my bill was almost $10. They usually have at least 12 flavors of yogurt, and a plethora of toppings ranging from fresh pineapple to gummy bears. The staff is always courteous and professional and tolerant of the kids making a mess. Prices are reasonable. They also do a ton for the community fundraiser-wise. They have ice cream shakes as well, and the one time I had a cake from there it was delicious. I've never tried their açaí bowls though. read more

Tried this for the first time a few nights ago... And WOW! I loved it. They had me right from the beginning by putting out little taster cups so you can try any yogurt you want. I tried a bunch of them, and the mint cookie and peanut butter were my favorites. Others were pretty good (except cotton candy), but I loved the peanut butter and mint yogurt so I went with those. Then I got to the toppings.... Dear god. When you go to an ice cream shop, it's often a sundae with this or that topping. In this store, there was EVERYTHING. mini Reese's pieces, crushed Andes mints, all sorts of fruits, yogurt chips, there was so so so much. I was in heaven. I was loading everything up, and loving that I was not being charged per topping (it's by weight). Where I absolutely lost it was at the sauces, they had peanut butter sauce and marshmallow sauce (amongst many others)... I almost died with happiness. At friendlys I always get the Reese's pieces sundae because I LOVE their peanut butter sauce. I always ask for extra. I think I could drink it. The only thing missing is some marshmallow sauce... So I got both things... And the ability to add whatever amount I wanted. Needless to say, I almost showered in it. When I got to the register, I was expecting a little bit of a heavy cost. Cold stone is rather pricey as is friendlys for a full sundae, and I have been to other yogurt places in the past where I thought "what's he point of making your own a this price?" ... But this came out to just under 5 bucks. I was expecting 6-7. I didn't get a ton of yogurt, but certainly a decent amount, and I got at least 5 different toppings not including the sauces. Fantastic option when you're feeling creative and wanting to make your own and experiment for relatively cheap. I loved my creation, and will definitely go back. Another review mentioned cake batter yogurt, but I didn't see it. If there is cake batter next time... I'm fairly certain ill be unable to leave the store. This place is a rip off. I got 2 small cups of frozen yogurt with no toppings and my total was $29!!! I asked for a breakdown and she just said "that's the price. It's 65 cents an ounce". There's no way 2 small cups cost $29 it's insane. The young kids are so rude. How dare you charge so much for yogurt and it melts as soon as it comes out of the machine. The individual that was working today who stated she was the owner was extremely rude. I only had credit card told me she wasnt paying the fees for "just me". She stated I can go to 7 eleven if I wanted the shake or go elsewhere. It was raining and there are plenty of places that allow customers to use their credit card even if there is a minimum. I didn't see the sign because it's not posted on the door. I felt this way based on my race because of how she spoke. I left and didnt get anything. I will never go here again. And to the rude individual, you never know who you're speaking with so you should treat everyone with respect and understanding. I was one person I wasn't asking for something complex. This place is kind of those hidden wonder places. Like I stopped there real quick on my way to the place I was staying for a week a few months ago and I fell In love with it, the staff were extremely kind and the owner really knew how to make everyone laugh, the topping bar was extremely clean and the yogurt machines were spotless. The flavors really aren't established yet here. The girl helping us didn't seem to happy to help us try out flavors as she kept asking us very dully "Is there anything else?" After trying a couple of flavors like the passion fruit and cake batter, I ultimately decided on vanilla because it was the only ok choice. Very overpriced, the staff was pretty unhelpful. The flavors are decent but the problem is that the just gouge you on the per ounce price. Much cheaper to go to get a real deal at tinas italian ice, or ralphs, or even possible carvel. I would go back if they lowered the prices. read more

I went in with my boyfriend tonight. We were surprised that there wasn't a lot of flavors although all the flavors we tried were delicious. They do have a great assortment of toppings. When we got to the register, my boyfriend asked if they gave military discounts. The girl replied "yes, 100% off!" We both thought she was joking but sure enough she wasn't. It is disappointing we are forced to rate this place one star. Zero is more appropriate. There have been on and off issues with the state of the yogurt machines and the inability of the staff to keep them clean and presentable to customers. But, unfortunately that is what seems to be acceptable in the yogurt shop world for some unknown reason. But, to top it off the staff they have hired appears to have zero concept of customer service. We went there on Friday evening (10/6/17) and found the experience odd. The worker at the register, after informing her we needed covers and a bag, just handed them to us. I found it odd as normally here and any yogurt place the staff politely covers your yogurts and puts them in a bag with spoons and napkins. We figured it was an off night and ended up in the area and came back tonight (10/7/17). The same girl was at the register and repeatedly with the customers in front of us when they asked for a cover she just handed it to them and then they would have to ask for a bag and she would just hand it to them and they would have to take care of it themselves. So, when we got to the register I clearly and politely indicated that she could put covers on and put them in the bag. With a scowl on her face she did it. Then I asked if she put spoons in the bag. Her response was - no they're right here (pointing to the bucket of spoons). I commented what happened to customer service and her response was "I put the yogurts in the bag for you". Clearly she has no clue. Not sure if this is lack of training or if the owners have completely given up on this place. It is so sad and presumably this is prime real estate in the area. It is sad that it is wasted on this dump. This place needs oversight on the cleanliness of the place, the quality of the product and training and closer supervision of the staff. I always give a place a second chance, but they lost their second shot very quickly and I will be sure to communicate it to everyone I know as this was an awful experience. read more
