They do have a summer promotion going on where you can get a pass sent to phone for a free drink Mondays, normal deal for members is 50% off drinks. There's different promotional signs in the cafe. Cool social space, two levels, banking needs, atm, cashiers check printing self kiosk, financial offices, water dispensers. It's a great space, popping with people on work break, doing work in spaces, social hour etc. The staff at the cafe were all nice and fast overall. Drinks were tasty, i enjoyed my drink, it honestly reminded me of blank street in a way for their matcha style. I enjoyed it! Will be back to take advantage of members pricing!

Wow! Capital One Café is amazing! As Capital One…read morecardholders, we've known about Capital One having cafes but have never thought to go. We were walking around the area earlier today & decided to give their drinks a go after reading a sign outside that said they offer free handcrafted drinks on Mondays. We decided to get an iced blueberry Ube matcha latte & an iced blueberry Ube latte. In order to qualify for the free drinks, you will need to fill out an online form and add the pass to your Apple/Google Wallet. This pass grants one free beverage/person every Monday, from 5/25/26-9/7/26 & you do not need to be a cardholder to participate. If you are a current cardholder (credit/debit card), you can get 50% off all drinks on any day of the week! Also on Thursdays from 3pm to close, lattes are $3.60 (6/4/26-9/3/26). The drinks were great! Honestly did not taste the blueberry Ube in either of the drinks we ordered but the caffeine was hitting! Haha. Neither of the drinks tasted watered down, which was appreciated. The cafe was huge, with two floors of seating available. They have private rooms you can reserve ahead of time, perfect for studying or for anyone looking for a quiet space to do some work. They also have a complimentary water station for anyone feeling parched. Will be returning soon!

I've been with them for a long time, poor customer service. Often lines in branches with one…read morecashier. They do not adjust accounts automatically if you have good deposits and high credit ratings, it is up to you to ask and then rates can move down as much as 5%. Charges on accounts when added up are high. Applying for a home loan through them is a nightmare. I worked through a pleasant man at the Belmont branch who gave three different outcomes at three different times, which meant he kept missing that I wanted to put 20% down and kept noting just 10% on the pre-approval. Also said it the approval would be good for three months but then only noted one month on it, I had to keep asking for corrections. My realtor frowned when I said I had a BoA pre-approval - they'll make you jump through hoops, he warned. Sadly, he was right. I'm moving my accounts, there has to be better service elsewhere.

But with all my electronic transfers linked to BofA, it's a pain to leave. And so where do you go if you need a reliable BofA branch that's not too busy, where a cashier has time to help or a manager is available without an appointment? This is the branch for you! I go out of my way to come here because I can get my problem solved on the first try and without an appointment. Means a lot. A sign says this branch is closing August 15. Probably BofA's computers said this branch doesn't do enough business to justify staying open. Maybe, by their calculation, but that's exactly what makes it so useful for customers. A disappointment to see them go.

I wish I could say something nice. I'm sure the bank provides perfectly good service for "their…read morecustomers", but it's the "their customers" part that prompts me to write this one-star review. I used the Citizens' Bank ATM (inside the bank) in Brigham Circle and made 3 withdrawals (3 because of limitations per withdrawal). So my 5 minutes at their kiosk made them $11.50 in fees - $3.50 per withdrawal - a transaction that, to my mind, makes me a "customer". When I waited in line (for 10 minutes, while 2 tellers helped 1 customer) to ask them to change a few of the bills, I was told "no", that "those services are reserved for 'their customers'.". %&@&*% ...which meant I had to go find a merchant in Brigham Circle who was willing to make some change for me - something most merchants are not generally very willing to do. So Citizens' cost me 25m of my lunch break first waiting in line, & then looking for a place that would make change for me. CB - if you don't consider ATM accessors "customers", don't charge us your fee$!!!

Rude and dishonest bank employees at the Citizen's Bank left me stranded without access to my own…read moreaccount. While keying in a transaction at the Citizen's Bank at 1 Brigham Plaza in Boston near 5 p.m., employees eager to leave shut off power to lights inside--as well as to their ATM. My card disappeared and the ATM stayed inoperative. A teller who was in the ATM lobby watched this happen and said "not again--we need to put a sign on it." I asked her what to do, she said she'd get help, re-entered the now-locked bank with a key, then left by the back entrance. After much pounding and waving, a man standing 30 feet from the door and talking with other employees finally came to the ATM lobby. I explained the situation and he told me "if you put the card in wrong 3 times, it won't return it and we can't get in there." I told him that wasn't what had happened. He said there's nothing he could do and repeated his line about misusing the card 3 times in a row--essentially accusing me of lying. "There's nothing I can do" is how this gentleman--who claimed to be the branch manager--left it before giving me an undoubtedly fake name and locking the door. Don't use Citizen's Bank, especially this one staffed with dishonest, unhelpful people.
