The building is very clean and well maintained and purchasing gas was seamless. Mike and another employee even helped carry my tanks to my car which was such a nice treat! Exceptional service!! While I was waiting for my tanks to be filled Mike totally blessed me and made me a cup of coffee and directed me to his wide assortment of snacks. I was blown away at the thoughtfulness! When I asked what the snacks were for he said he likes to have them for customers to enjoy while they wait for their tanks to be filled! He definitely takes service up major notches. But recently my…read moreson wanted to help me out paying the bill and was able to do so, but suddenly his financial situation changed, and was not able to make the payments, I however kept looking at the account and still not missed a payment, but the company claimed there were returned payments even though my banking account reflected the payments were taking out. I called the gas company couple of times regarding the issue, the only solution they could offer was to start a new application for service and of course a new account number. You would think that in consideration of being as a mentioned a responsible customer they could just remove my son from the account and leave my current account number and also I couldn't couldn't be trusted to keep auto pay only "payment on cash basis" It's 2026 and they have issues with their technical department. Never had placed anything negative regarding a business, but I can't help that that they have incompetent staff.

When I first set up automatic payment with a void check, it took them over 3 months to process the request then I received a phone call that my water was going to be shut off. I called back and said I sent a void check 3 months ago. They apologized and realized it was their error and input the wrong account number. It's more expensive than most companies and they have a tiered system. With only 2 people in my household, I'm currently trying to use under 24 units so I won't get charged extra. Because of this, we have gotten rid of the backyard grass and soon the front lawn. We also use gray water from the shower and dishes to water the trees. I'm switching my washer for a high efficiency washer this weekend in hopes it will make a difference. I also take 5 minute showers and do one load of laundry a week.
