They will say someone from Bottom Line Utility Solutions will be there to install it onto your water heater. 1) They are NOT Edison Electric; their callback number is Bottom Line Utility Solutions. 2) We never signed up for the SmartShift Program, which is a legit program from Edison Electric. They are being deceptive most likely so that they could get some sort of kickback from Edison Electric.

I did receive a visit from the installer and a few other guys at 8:15 this morning, so (while not the most ideal timing) they did try to get it taken care of quickly, though property management had already had the hole patched by the time they arrived.**** This company was contracted to replace plumbing fixtures in our apartment complex in Seattle. Not only did they improperly install the stopper in the high-efficiency toilet, leaving it to to run (and therefore waste gallons upon gallons of water in the hours between when it was installed and when I arrived home,) my new shower head has multiple sideways spraying leaks from the fitting AND THEY DAMAGED MY APARTMENT AND JUST WALKED AWAY WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING. Whomever is working with this companies' endorsement in Seattle is inept and wholly unprofessional.
