Any good reviews for this business is only because they don't watch them during the construction. The siding is good, the installers are far from professional and knowledgeable. Pictures are of the side where the faucet was leaking for three days and the electric wires on the siding that were removed without turning the power off. Why would anyone like me go through the trouble of posting things like this unless it is to warn other people? The owner or whoever posts replies so you think I'm lying.

Before they even showed up they quoted us a complete removal of carpets for the two rooms for over $3K. We decided NO to the whole redo. After they came & assessed what we needed & wanted, they verbally quoted the price & made us sign on their IPAD without showing us the quote. I had to ask them for the written quote which finally arrived after over 2 hours. Big surprise the quote was $500 more. Also they never told us that they'd charge us $150 for an emergency call. No wonder they were so happy to come quickly. We would have gladly paid had we not felt we were taken for a ride. We had another company do the same work early this year at a fraction of the cost. So I know what to do next time.

In my neighborhood there are at least 4 stray cats. They were marking their territory on my back door, causing the most horrific odors. After trying to resolve the issue myself, I gave in and figured it was a CATastrophic enough problem to call the pros. Well, they were very long in responding to my request for help. The technician was late arriving and late to give me the requested estimate for the odor repairs. He suggested a physical gut job. Which, when you smell the place, you would have thought he had to be right. So from removing all the dry wall, replacing the washer and dryer and seal coating the garage floor where the cat's did their damage, it would have cost me about $2500. (Minus the cost of replacing the washer/dryer). Get this though... I happened to be at walmart buying another gallon worth of Enzyme to clean the cat pee again, when it dawned on me... My co-worker owns some properties. Ask him how he cleaned up after people that owned cats. The solution: An OZONE machine. From amazon I bought a simple one for $70 bucks or so. Three treatments at two hours per treatment and the smell was totally eliminated. So, maybe ServPro forgot about that trick, didn't know about it, or were just distracted from work and didn't consider that they could have had my business if they had thought about just zapping the odors with the Ozone machine. Sorry for the poor feedback guys, but maybe next time I need you, you'll be able to come up with a better solution.

He put me in touch with David who met with me to discuss my roof and prepare a quote. David was very personable as he conducted his assessment, providing the information I needed, made some suggestions, and answered my questions. With a contract ready to go and permits obtained, my project manager, Jarrod, was great in keeping me informed with each step in the process. He phoned me to explain an issue that arose and made a recommendation for which I was appreciative. David reached out at the end as well, and sent me some aerial pictures of the completed roof so I could see it completed. These gentlemen were professional, honest and kind.

Dissatisfied 80 Year Old Veteran The first of three…read morecontracts to fix a roof leak was 2-24-21. I spent $3,588.00 total. The first contract was to install new wood, shingles and reinstall a skylight. That work created an additional leak which was patched but didn't fix the original leak. The second contract was a new spark arrestor which didn't fix the leak. The third contract was chimney stucco repair and paint chimney but that didn't fix the leak. After the chimney repair I was told there was a small hole in the AC duct above where it's leaking. I paid an AC repairman $148.99 to tell me it had nothing to do with the leak. There were numerous return visits for water tests, roofing cement, etc. They were unreliable. There was a least a dozen missed appointments - no show, no text and no phone call. Text messages weren't answered. I was told to call when it was leaking so someone could identify the specific location of the leak but when I received a call back hours later I was told they can't "just" send someone out when I call contradicting what I was told to do. In the last text 11-3-25 I was told I had to replace the reinstalled skylight without another water test. I wasn't told in 2021 the skylight should be replaced when I signed the first contract. Replacing the skylight may be another guess like the chimney work, AC duct and spark arrestor. On 11-3-25 I asked for an estimate for a new skylight and installation then received text "OK" but never received an estimate. As of the date of this posting, 2-2-26, the roof is leaking in the same spot on the ceiling in 2021. I don't recommend Stonebridge for any roofing work, stucco painting or stucco repair. I felt disrespected for five years and don't recommend Stonebridge to senior citizens.

I wish that the situation had been different. In general, there have been numerous issues that are not part of the standard construction process. It is difficult to determine whether the HOA, A&E firm, or Stonebridge are the source of the problem, or if all three are involved. Regrettably, I received five unresponsive emails from StoneBridge, which is why the rating is low. Had I received feedback and the support that was promised, I would have rated it higher, as I am not entirely certain that all of the issues are solely due to Stonebridge.
