If I can give negative stars I would. I've been with this company for over 6 years. Laura and her husband owned it and they were beyond INCREDIBLE. Unfortunately the business was sold to a very unprofessional owner. I've been a loyal customer so I stayed with the company after being sold. It has been the worse experience ever. They would give promise dates when customers would receive their orders. They didn't receive orders till MONTHS after being promised. They the "rushed"orders and sent apparel out with the screen print peeling off. I was told by the owner he would fix the apparel with logos peeling off. After promising to fix damaged apparel he ignored me and never sent out any new apparel to the PAYING CUSTOMERS!!! Note to any small businesses out there , do not use this company!!! They do high schools etc if you aren't placing huge orders they will treat you awful and like you're a nobody. The owner of this company does not care at all about you unless you're a big highschool or organization. This year I ordered all of my sorority's shirts from here and they were AMAZING!! We were a little hesitant to switch off of our old vendor, but we never regretted it. Energy Tees was super helpful in making the switch. Every order was either early or on time and Mr. Shaw was a gem to work with. They were really nice and the prices are unbeatable. this place was very disappointing.....actually it sucked i ordered a sweatshirt with my school logo on it and i came back because i really liked it i ordered another one that had OPRF on it they told me to come back in about a week to pick it up because it would DEFINITELY be done by then so i came back...it was over a week....actually it had almost been two weeks i told them i had an order to pick up and they said it hadnt come yet of course i was pissed, but the unfriendly girl behind the counter said she would take my number and call me when it was ready im still waiting for the call and this happened in July i would also like to say if you want a shirt/sweatshirt/sweatpants with your school logo on it, you are better off going to your school spirit shop because for a sweatshirt it cost me $45 dollars, and for a school sweatshirt thats insane at OPRF i can get a sweatshirt for $25 get real...you guys aren't half that good read more
