I now am running meditations in 2 locations, started a YouTube channel, co-wrote and recorded two songs with my poetry, and am promoting my jewelry line I was hiding out in my basement. All of these were things I had inside of me, but I was afraid to be seen, and was hiding in the darkness, and Amber helped me clear all of that out, as she does for all of her students. Another great thing about Amber's courses are the intentional community. I completed the Lightworker Initiation Course, a session of her 90-day Exalt Program, and her 2023 Quantum Leap Retreat. All of the people I met through her were incredible people that I keep in touch and collaborate with today. I highly recommend the Lightworker Initiation Course, even for an advanced spiritual person, as it helped me to root out and go even deeper into myself, clearing space for my goals. I will be forever grateful to Amber and her whole team for their passionate perseverance. Amber is an excellent coach, and I feel absolutely different after working with her. The course content might be useful but it…read moredoesn't cost 6K USD...Her communication style is also very strange, she's like attacking and scolding people on the calls. I saw lots of people like single mothers, people with no jobs, and people with addictions, who couldn't afford this price at all, but the sales team promised them 'amazing results'. The saddest part is that from the group who participated in the 6-month course, there are zero people, who managed to open their own business or boost the existing one. Lots of people were complaining, some of them dropping, but then Amber and her team were so aggressive when people live, they made them pay the full price of the course anyway. Maybe at some point, Amber's intentions with creating those schools were nice and pure, but now it's all about getting more money.

I never thought I'd look forward to my weekly physical therapy sessions. People always told me…read moregoing to PT never works. Well, that's probably because they don't have Brayan Casillas treating them. I walked in on day 1 feeling skeptical about it but Brayan has helped me get stronger. Even on the days when I'm still in pain, I know Brayan will listen to my pain complaints and adjust the exercises to make it better. No judgment, he truly cares for my recovery. I've gone for about 2 months now and service is fast, I'm seen right away. I highly recommend! The front desk staff welcomed me with a smile and there's a PT (Vahagn), he's great for handing me a towel when the sweat starts kicking in!

She is young and still studying, but intelligent and kind. Plus two other male PTs that I liked left in a very short time. (Mark and Ian) I can't help but think due to the culture that I speak of below: The place as a whole= one star and I 100% would have left that, but the staff has bumped it up to 3. It feels like they are packing too many appointments in... the space is very crowded and the music is very loud. Sometimes the male PT staff is talking to one another about their weekends very loudly across the room. I also heard Male staff shaming one of the female staff. A lot of the Male Physical Therapist appear very immature and "bro like". Very frat boy vibes. It doesn't feel like they take their job seriously or that they are professional. I also didn't like the way the manager/owner spoke down to the front staff. He seems nice enough, but just like he has left the building and is in pilot mode. There just doesn't seem to be any care taken half of the machines are broken.... It is not a calming or healing place. It also has overhead fluorescent lights. I wish they could get a better place more conducive for PT. I am not sure how funding is allocated. Luckily I was able to ask to go back in one of the spaces behind the curtain. Ingrid helped me make the most of it along with a few therapists. I also think they would give me a little bit extra time which was nice. I think they can do better and if they ever do, they can reply here and I can check it out and then I can change my review.:) Less appointments, all at once, and a more professional atmosphere would make a huge huge difference Even if the people just acted more present and engaged with their clients. Don't just give them a few exercises to do and then walk away or talk with your bros. If you are not bothered by all of the above, I think you will find Ingrid and the front staff wonderful as well as a few of the Therapist and you can make the most of it like I did for a few few months.:))
