Totally free from any of the discomforts I'd experienced in previous eye exams... No dilations, no air puff in the eye. Afterwards, I received a very thorough overview of the tests while using 35" high-def color monitor to look at the various parts of the eye interior. The lobby and office is very clean and comfortable. I've been to Dr. Orlen several times in the past and he's by far my favorite Optometrist. Within one hour I completed my eye exam, received my prescription, found a pair of frames that were perfect for me, sat down with a consultant to choose the types of lens designs and materials I wanted, placed and paid for my order and was on my way home.
