They carry Dilly Dallies which are awesome for a high energy, active kid. The receptionist was so kind and found out that my daughter had eyeglass coverage even though I didn't think we did! Many places wouldn't bother but she really dug! The person who measured her for the glasses was efficient and quick. What's more I left my favorite water bottle there and the receptionist remembered to give it back to me without me even asking. That women is a treasure and I hope they treat her as such

The lobby and office is very clean and comfortable. I've been to Dr. Orlen several times in the past and he's by far my favorite Optometrist. Within one hour I completed my eye exam, received my prescription, found a pair of frames that were perfect for me, sat down with a consultant to choose the types of lens designs and materials I wanted, placed and paid for my order and was on my way home. Very quick and easy process, and can't wait to get my new glasses!

We had to drive from rual vermont since this was the nearest eye exam possible in the next 6 months, and we had some difficulty getting there on time. His staff were understanding, and when i arrived, they were so kind and took me right in. Dr. Orlen was personable, kind, fun, and explained everything well. He figured out my prescription so quickly and helped me understand what's going on with my eyes. I was worried about it being inside Lens Crafters that they might try to persuade me to buy glasses there, but I didn't feel any pressure at all. It was a great experience. I highly recommend Orlen eye care and will come back for my next exam.
