Cindy met my fiancé first as I was running behind and then locked myself out of my house and car. Cindy was so patient and helpful to my fiancé the entire time. When I arrived they had options ready to go and she didn't make me feel rushed not one minute. The owner even came out and had a quick and kind exchange with us. We ended up getting the exact ring we came for and then were able to ask Taylor about designing a ring. Taylor was another knowledgeable and skilled employee who wrote down some quick sketches and promised an email before the holiday. We left excited, accomplished and confident in their ability to design our perfect ring. Less than 24 hours later we had designs emailed to us that were all so gorgeous and had the elements we wanted! First ring was resized same day as well talk about efficient! Then she took off on a tirade informing me she was not going to do this for free when THEY sell watch batteries and people go elsewhere. There was no intent on my part for J&J to provide a free service I explained to her. Still not satisfied she continued to berate me, making no effort to fix my watch. I asked her for the item back and that I would go elsewhere. While I understand her frustration she lacked professionalism and was inappropriate with a paying customer. Impulse buying is a merchants livelihood. The concept is during the interim while she is fixing my watch I would be browsing through their store discovering a not-needed-but-wanted pair of earrings or bracelet. Many booths were offering sale prices. I was greeted when I walked in by friendly staff. The mall is clean with mostly wide aisles. There is a restroom centrally located on the first floor. There as plenty of free street parking today, but probably at a premium when summer rolls around.
