It is not often that you find a store where the employees are friendly and helpful, the worknanship is amazing and the repair price is reasonable. Jewelry Gallery is one of those rare and special stores. It was my first experience with them, but certainly not my last. I have a channel-set ring that I needed to have resized to a larger size. The first jeweler I took it to refused to touch it for fear of cracking the center diamond. I then took it to the store where it was purchased. Jason and his assistant Lori were both very knowledgeable and friendly. Ended up getting watch fixed for a lot less than other quotes I had received which was nice but also bought new watch and ring at prices I could not pass on. I've used jewelry gallery three times for repairs and can't believe how quick and cost effective they are. The display cases reveal lots of pretty jewelry if you were shopping also. I own jewelry from Tiffany, Moyer & Shane and this isn't like that- but repairs from Tiffany were four times the cost and took over a month to receive so when my Tiffany bracelet broke again I brought it here. They are wonderful! We went there to fix my Mom's battery in her watch, bc some jewelry stores don't do this anymore. My watch had a broken piece inside it, where one numeral came loose. He fixed it for free! We found a beautiful ring for my Mother that was an estate piece which was an opal ring with smaller diamonds on both sides. It was very reasonably priced! The owner's name is Jason. Lori, the manager, and the staff is rude and dishonest. The owner Jason is just as bad and, after spending $$$ at this small business( like to try to help), I will NEVER go back there, if it is the last Jeweler in town!!! ( and I Love Jewelry!) (actual situation)Today I picked up a ceramic watch that I left to have a battery replaced last week. I was told they could not it the screws back in, but after taking it then to Moyer Jewelers, I found out they actually broke the watch. I went back there and the owner Jason actually tried to accuse Moyer of breaking the watch. Wow! I'm still in complete shock the Jewelry Gallery did not admit they broke my watch. Just read the owners response-do you really think that if I dropped a ceramic watch off to replace a battery it would crack right where the strap attaches??? I dropped it off fully intact and left with it broken in 2 pieces. How sad that a store has to lie. Ah well, they will have to live with it! read more

I was referred to Jewelry Gallery by my aunt who knows her stuff. She adores Jason. Called to make sure they can do what I needed and rough estimate of cost. Able to do so and for a great price. Dropped my rings off to be saudered together before closing one day and got a call before noon the next day the job was done. They did a better job than the original jeweler and my ring was clean and sparkly! Easiest thing I did all week. Will be dropping off a watch soon for battery replacement. Today I took my diamond ring in because a prong had gotten bent. They could have told me it needed a new head and I would not have known the difference. But they didn't. The jewelry we ended up buying was very nice and a good price. The customer service, however, was not a good experience. The ladies in the store were very passive aggressive and we felt rushed to decide what we wanted to buy. One was not wearing a mask at the front desk and the one who helped us kept pulling hers down. You may see a few reviews that make claims about the character of the owner. They are false. He, his preteen daughter, his family and friends have all been attack, because some teens took it upon themselves to bully his daughter. When he fought back he was put in the blender of the internet. They used the racial conflicts of the time to demean everyone associated with him. Everything from physical threats, to death threats, to using the internet to try to destroy his business through bad reviews. This is a good man and good people.
