The process to sign up and to get an assessment was easy and the staff is very helpful. My daughter first hesitated going to math school over the summer but she truly likes it. I think it's because she sees how much it's helping and she is feeling confident about her skills. They are always on time and the ratios are great. Also, very easy and confident in terms of week to week scheduling. Pricing is right too. Don't hesitate. If your child needs help with math go here! Also, while you wait there are lots of restaurants in the shopping center to choose from.

He started Mathnasium in 2nd grade, but over time, he didn't struggle as much. Mathnasium became more of an extracurricular activity than just tutoring. Of course, like most kids, he wanted to quit at some point. He finally got his wish before his senior year of high school. Looking back, I now truly see the value of this extracurricular. He was good at math, though I wouldn't say he was exceptional, and I always thought he didn't particularly enjoy it. Surprisingly, when he was a sophomore in college, he decided to pursue a minor in engineering--or even math. I guess his years at Mathnasium served him well after all! I wanted to share this because math tutoring isn't just about helping your child in the moment--it can have a lasting impact on their academic confidence and future opportunities.

As a parent, I honestly felt we had started the college application process too late. We first…read morebegan working with Mr. Park during the summer before senior year, and I was worried there would not be enough time to really help my son. But after meeting him, my thinking completely changed. From the beginning, Mr. Park was very clear, organized, and realistic with us. He did not just give general advice like many other counselors. He took time to understand my son's strengths, personality, and goals, and gave guidance based specifically on him. That made a very big difference for us. He helped a lot with essays and personal statements. Many times he pushed my son to think deeper and explain his experiences better, and I could see the improvement over time. His feedback was very detailed and personal, not advice that I could find online. What I appreciated most was that he was honest and straightforward while still being very supportive. The college process can be stressful for both students and parents, but Mr. Park helped make everything feel much more manageable. My son also became more confident, organized, and mature during this process. I truly feel Mr. Park cares about his students and wants them to succeed long term, not only for college admissions. I would highly recommend him to any family looking for genuine and personalized college counseling support.

Mr. Park has in-depth knowledge of the admission process. His understanding of application requirements, deadlines, and institutional preferences has helped my child to have a clear idea of what she needed to do. He stays informed about the latest admission trends, and his advice is relevant and up to date with the priorities of each college and their selection criteria. The organizational skills of Mr. Park are exceptional. He tracks my child's progress, application requirements, important dates of tests and submission deadlines very carefully, making sure nothing is overlooked. His well-structured documentation system consists of clear timelines and checklists which make it easy to follow and help my child to stay on top of the tasks. He also frequently guides my child on the organization skill which is very useful in life. Mr. Park consistently met with my child to ensure all the tasks were on track and discuss upcoming requirements. He had coached my child on the SAT before Junior year started, so she could later be more focused on her school work and applications. After spending a month working with Mr. Park intensely on the areas the she needed to improve, she scored very well and was satisfied with her performance. For college applications, Mr. Park always set the deadlines early to make sure there was enough time for review and revision in order to submit the best quality of materials on time. This skill let my child navigate this complex process smoothly and reduced last-minute stress. Mr. Park is honest and direct on feedback and what needs to be done. At the same time, he is also very encouraging, providing a positive outlook and always made my child feel his confidence in her. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a structured yet supportive college counselor.

I had a great time with 7EDU. I'm glad to say that even though for the most part, Ive been across…read morethe coast, dealing with the challenge of having online meetings and being unable to walk into the physical office, they've guided me throughout the entire transfer application journey with genuine advice, all while promoting an environment that teaches me how to become a better writer, express myself better, and grow under their supportive guardrails. One of the biggest methodologies that I really enjoyed with them was that I came up with the ideas, I wrote, but they kept the guardrails by pushing me to write in a fulfilling way that still exceeded admissions essays' expectations. With this, students still grow and learn how to find their own voice, a skill that is especially useful throughout life as they apply for future positions. I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Jun (the CEO), Rian (my personal essay counselor), and other notable team members in person. I couldn't tell you how nice they all were. They all have tons of kids to take care of, yet it still feels like whenever you sit down with them, you're the only student they're serving. They all have their own lives and stress to deal with, yet I still shared countless laughs, memories, and experiences with them. They have the perfect balance between seeing you grow, while having a memorable experience at the same time. The resources they provide are another topic altogether. You won't have time to fully take advantage of all of their resources, just due to the fact that they have so many. Finally, I'd just like to say that from a student's perspective, the college admissions process has several moving parts nowadays. It IS overwhelming. It IS stressful. And there ARE nights where things won't seem "fun" anymore. Going through it alone during my senior year of high school was exactly that. Going through it with 7EDU during my first year of college was surprisingly different. Yes, there were still countless moving parts, but they genuinely made it feel like we were cruising. I never felt unprepared whenever it was time to submit an application. I never had to pull an all-nighter for college admissions, and I never had to wake up at 5 AM and write for 2 hours straight just to have an essay ready for review. All of this while balancing college life, extracurriculars, grades, social circles, and physical + mental health. If you're considering working with 7EDU, let my journey with them be a point of thought. By the time I signed up with them, I couldn't change what I had done in high school, since I had only signed up by the end of my senior year. I could only grow with them. I didn't have a perfect past record to make it easy, yet they still gave me plenty of resources to become a successful candidate for top schools like NYU.

This is by far the worst counseling service my family has ever worked with, and I strongly advise…read moreevery parent in Cupertino to avoid 7EDU. My child attends one of the top schools in the area, and we have worked with multiple counselors over the years. Nothing compares to how unprofessional, unstructured, and disappointing this experience has been. We paid a significant amount of money expecting real guidance, consistent support, and high‑quality essay feedback. What we actually received was minimal engagement, weak comments, and almost no meaningful involvement in my child's progress. The essay reviews were shockingly low effort, often just a few superficial notes that showed no understanding of competitive admissions or the needs of a high‑performing student. When we raised concerns, the responses were focused entirely on quoting contract language instead of addressing the fact that services were not delivered. There was no accountability, no ownership, and no willingness to acknowledge the gap between what was promised and what was provided. Even after weeks of stress and repeated attempts to resolve the issue respectfully, 7EDU refused to refund money for services that were clearly not delivered. Our family went through significant emotional distress trying to get a fair resolution. Instead of professionalism, we received rigid, dismissive responses that ignored the reality of our experience. Their so‑called goodwill offer did nothing to address the core issue: they collected payment without providing the level of service they advertised. For any family in Cupertino expecting real expertise, compassion, and reliability, this is not the place. The difference between their marketing and their actual service quality is enormous. Based on our experience, I would give zero stars if that were possible. I cannot recommend 7EDU to anyone, and I strongly encourage parents to look elsewhere for counseling support.
