Absolutely horrible communication from that point on. I was supposed to have my fence installed the 29th came home, no fence. I contacted Joe to ask what happened and the response I got was: "I do apologize for the delay. We have a few jobs taking longer than expected. We are off Monday and Tuesday of next week so I was thinking we can be there the week of the 10th? Let me know if this works, if not I will see what I can do"...remind you, this was sent the day AFTER the fence was to be installed. So now, to wait almost 2 more weeks, following an already 5 week wait. If I didn't need this fence installed ASAP, I would have went with another company (but others' current wait times are 2+ weeks). Definitely disappointed with the "Customer Service"... They could have at least offered a discount to compensate.

We worked with Trey for 5 months getting engineer plans and permits, then when it was time to build some stairs off our back deck, he drug us along for 5 weeks before ultimately telling us he would not build our stairs because there wasn't enough money in it for him! Our project was $13,000! He did this to us in September, leaving us in a bind to then have to find another honest and reputable contractor that would build our stairs before winter! Just beware. He is not a person of his word. i cannot speak for the quality of his work, because he didn't do what he quoted us he would do! There are many other deck contractors in Summit County. We would recommend you look elsewhere!
