Not really sure the cause but our son really sad to see teachers leaving one at a time. But our family stayed with Primrose. Our 5 year old son was having accident now and then. However, it became more frequent during this Covid 19 situation. I spoke to front staff and we inform them that our son have seen is Pediatrian and we ask if they could recommend a specialize. We have lined a upcoming appointment with Neurologist. Primrose response with us that their staff can no longer accomodate for our son. We plead with them since and explained that my husband and I are both working... mind you our request is just through the summer. As my mother said, you find people true color when the going get rough. It such crazy time right now for everyone ...Covid 19, all uncertainties for both employers and employees and riots etc. I feel so hurt that Primrose (Parker) would treat my family like this. I think that its heartless and mean. Very disappointed. Do not recommend this Promrose.

We have seen them grow by leaps and bounds with the curriculum and would highly recommend Primrose School of Parker as a child care option in the Parker, CO area. We love the fact they're tied to the community and sponsor many fundraisers throughout the year that help local charities. Our favorite is Runner's Club that Mrs. Deb conducts before the Primrose 5k each May. Teaching children at such a young age to be healthy by being active is an investment in their future for years to come even after their time at Primrose has come and gone.

The level of unprofessionalism is astounding--ranging from blatant favoritism to emotionally abusive behavior. They refuse to take responsibility for mistakes and will gaslight parents into believing concerns are "misunderstandings" rather than addressing real issues. Their incompetence is only matched by their arrogance, as they dismiss feedback and retaliate against anyone who questions them. If you're looking for a safe, supportive place for your child to learn and grow, look elsewhere. This daycare is a toxic environment run by people who should not be in a position of power over children.

Oftentimes we'd arrive to drop her off and it'd be a new face on a daily basis. No one ever introduced themselves to us, and my daughter had no consistency, making her feel less comfortable being dropped off. My daughter needs help with drop off and during the entire time we were there, only a couple of the teachers would help - most of them stood back and let you try to get your child to interact with the other children. When she started getting older, they moved her to another classroom, but when they had staffing issues, they just moved my daughter from room to room without any communication with us. We'd arrive in the morning and never knew which room we were supposed to take her to. They'd then move her in the middle of the day multiple times, leaving us unable to see her on their camera system, and not knowing where to pick her up. We had several instances of arriving to pick her up and she'd have a poopy diaper, causing rashes. There were a few times the poop had been there so long that she was bleeding from the rash it had caused. The final straw for us was when we potty trained our daughter, it felt like we were working against the daycare. The first day after training, they took her out of the room with a toilet, moved her to the younger room, and put her back in a diaper. Every weekend we had to nearly re-train her because they weren't listening to her when she said she needed to go potty and they weren't giving her enough reminders. She'd come home having had at least 1 accident daily. She also went from LOVING going to the potty to it being a battle to get her to go. After just 3 days at home, she no longer has any accidents, indicating that they definitely weren't doing their part. In the 11 months we were with this daycare, there were 3 directors. The newest director Ashley really seems like she's trying to turn the place around, and I had faith in her for a long time. I just think this daycare is too far gone at this point. It just needs to be shut down.

They are a large part of the tribe it takes a raise a child and I have to give them a lot credit for teaching my son, loving him and treating him like one of their own. Merryhill follows a fun curriculum that have taught my kiddo so much. I feel they have done a great job in getting my son prepared for school. We really enjoy all of the fun events they have such as Halloween events, summer events, Christmas program and class parties for holidays just to name a few. The hours are awesome and unlike some schools who follow ISD closures, they are only closed a few holidays a year. I like that they provide snacks and a meal as part of tuition too.
