Having to pay tuition (which is already very high) when you kids have to quarantine didn't seem fair to me. Communication with the owner was difficult and we didn't seem to get any of our confusion or frustrations resolved. Now we are dealing with not being able to get our deposit back after our 2 year old daughter couldn't join because she will not keep a mask on. We have tried, there is nothing we can do and it doesn't seem fair to have this policy in place. My biggest grievance since the end of 2021 has been the new director... she is just flat out rude. She has absolutely no customer service etiquette. She is the face of this location and she's awful (sad to say). Her emails aren't professional, she doesn't include attachments or requested info, and sometimes she just doesn't reply until I copy the owner onto the email. She's doing a terrible disservice the the primrose name. The education and the teaching staff have always been great and our son has loved being there since he was 2.5 years old. She is just amazing very well prepared all the lesson and everyday has something to surprise. When I ask how well she is doing and eating her lunch all teachers knows what exactly she did. My baby is sometimes very stubborn when teachers ask to go potty she says no. They were very patient and she had accident no more 3 times. They are non profit organization so you can have some tax deduction on tuition fee. Personally I am very picky person but never happy more than that. Absolutely recommend this school. They cared for my children well and prepared them for Cherry Creek Schools with no issues whatsoever. The school is clean, organized, well maintained, and most of all, safe. Playground equipment is age-appropriate and fun for the children. Classrooms are divided properly into ages and the in-classroom toys, games, and learning materials are correct for the rooms. Their teachers are well vetted by the administration. I think it shows that each one cares greatly for the children. Yes, there is a lot of turnover with teachers, but this location is no worse, and often a lot better, than other preschools. All the pre-K teachers have been great! The administration is sensitive to parent concerns and is proactive on all aspects of running the school. No complaints here. The ownership was visible and had an open door policy. I enjoyed the time my children spent here and would do it all over again with no reservations.

We have noticed such an amazing difference in our son's socialization from that time until now, and feel that Goddard has prepared him well for Kindergarten. He has had some really positive influences in both teachers and children, and we have found the staff at Goddard to be very caring and nurturing. When we have had any concerns, the owner Brooke Wright has listened and collectively we have come up with a good solution. The play-ground is covered with mulch and wood chips, be ready for your kid to come home with splinters in their hands and feet everyday. The playground equipments are cheap, old and flimsy, therefore, unsafe. The fridges inside are from 1960s and always full; this place has never been updated. Incompetent management and they don't reinvest any money back into this place. No live camera feed to see how your kid is doing and no email update of any kind for your kid's progress daily, weekly or even monthly.

When I asked my niece what happens she told me she got bit and when I brought it up to Seema, she replied with "she never said anything to me" and proceeded to tell me what it must not have happened in her class. That was my first red flag. My second one was when I was trying to pick up my niece and I couldn't find her teacher. Shouldn't they be in the classroom? I am extremely disappointed in how everything is run here and I hope this gets addressed soon. Please be careful with who you leave your kids with and always believe your child when it comes to them being injured.
