They recently repaired a clasp on a necklace that has great emotional meaning to my mother-in-law unit and noticed in doing so that some of the beads were weak. They used epoxy of some sort to make an invisible repair and didn't seem to charge anything for the extra work. We are lucky to have such a neat place in the Bonn Shopping Center.
