The people here were so very pleasant and helpful and made small talk with me like they really cared about getting to know me. It's cheesy, but those kinds of experiences at retail establishments really put a good feeling in your chest and make you want to shop there again. Not as much of a selection here as I've seen at other Michael's stores, but fantastic nonetheless.

Hire a security guard- your competitor Hobby Lobby did and they are thriving! Bring back your front end customer service and remove these dumb self serve checkouts- your customers don't work for you! I recently had four pictures reframed, all different sizes. The cost was right around $300. One of…read morethe pictures was a large size, 16 x 20. While we were hanging the picture this weekend, that particular frame did not have glass in it. The other three framed pictures had glass. I brought the picture in to show them there was no glass. He looked at my invoices and told me that I wasn't charged for the glass for that frame and another frame, an 8x10. Four newly framed pictures, three had glass , one did not. ????? Why that particular frame, I don't know. $26 later, I paid for the glass. He said he wouldn't charge me for the 8x10 glass that they "gave " me. The employee had to redo the back and everything that it entails to put the glass in, that should have been put in the first time. I just assumed that if you buy a picture frame and he asks, what kind of glass it was that I wanted, he would put glass in all of them. I gave them my information including my phone number when I placed the order. Common sense would have been to call me and this could have been taken care of in two minutes. Customer Service could use an upgrade.
