She was supposed to be receiving care, support, and rehabilitation. Instead, she declined rapidly while under their care. She developed severe, infected bedsores that required surgery and still did not heal properly. Communication was poor and the level of attention she received was nowhere near what her condition required. Her condition continued to deteriorate until she was transferred to hospice. She leaves behind two young daughters, and I truly believe she was failed at the exact moment she needed proper care the most. This facility should be held accountable. I would strongly warn others to think twice before placing someone vulnerable here.

They went above and beyond to address the whole person during his time there. Even in the face of some extremely difficult moments, they maintained their professional demeanor and treated him with kindness and dignity. I would have a difficult time saying too much good about those who helped our family member during the toughest thing he has had to deal with so far in this life. We would not hesitate to return to Encompass for care for ourselves or a family member in the future.

She told me my insurance claim was denied and I called insurance and she never filed it because she said "she thought it would get denied" by doing that she took my right to appeal away. I'm 2 points away from anemia and have been on oral supplements long term. Your office manager then proceeded to yell at me and tell me she's know this nurse for years and she will have to listen to call.. she defended her without listening to the call and then told me "We are private practice and we can do whatever we want!" In a valley girl tone. It's been reported to the state and I asked for an internal investigation for fraud. Stacy and Kristi may be the only questionable ones in said office but I'm not risking other people being treated the way I was. Stacy then proceeded to tell me that I didn't even need an infusion, so I asked AGAIN if the office manager and the nurse knew more than my doctor who prescribed it dod. She then told me she has the final say and she's not processing it for me. "You can try Mercy" with a smirk , which is 30-40 minutes away. I will be pushing this as far as I can to make sure no one ever gets treated this way by these people again.
