I was asked to arrive 30 minutes early like most places back in December. I did not know that this was a requirement. I put their address in my GPS and for some reason it took me somewhere else. So I was going to be late. Had to ask for directions and make my way over to the right building. I walked in to check in and was told I was put down as a NO SHOW. My scheduled time was 3:30 and granted I was maybe 3 minutes late. I had filled out all paperwork online and did not remember at the time that back in December they told me to arrive 30 minutes early. Their reminder text I got yesterday said "see you at 3:30." Nothing about arriving 30 minutes early or they would 100% cancel my appointment and reschedule it. The office person said she would go ask if they would still see me and came back minutes later and said no. If this is how they treat their patients, I don't think I want to ever go there. Not very flexible or understanding. The office seemed nice and the people did seem nice. I just feel like better communication was needed in their text reminders for new patients. Now I will have to find another place and who knows how long their wait will be. So disappointed.

After nearly an hour and a half of being ignored, we walked out. The front desk was empty except for the receptionist, and just beyond her, we could see a group of staff laughing and socializing without a care in the world. It was deeply upsetting to witness this kind of disregard during such a serious and stressful time. For a place that claims to care about women's health, their actions showed the opposite. Absolutely disgusting. it's been almost an hour since we left and they have not even called to check on her.

Short simple and sweet: They have excellent wait times,…read morecordial receptionists, wonderful nurses, and attentive doctors with good bedside manner! The interior of the building is GORGEOUS (im talking about the fish tank haha!) and I love how they have little teeeeny tiiiny samples of lotions and stuff too. It's so cute! I had to come in for my eczema on my hands last year and it was a very troubling experience. Prior to my appointment with Hull, i had multiple appointments with mercy hospital's urgent care teama nd they misdiagnosed my eczema 3 times in a row. First time as a staff, then second time as fungus, and then third time as SPIDER BITE? Thats how bad my eczema was. I was under a ton of stress, due to the tornado situation that happened last year. So it contribued to my eczema which like destroyed my fingers. My doctor at hull (i am so sorry i don't remember her name she was petite and blonde and very nice..?) was like "oh yeah that's eczema!" and she prescribed me clobetasol and like. i kid u not... it cleared up in like a week. Now whenever i start to flare up (it happens during the summers but last year was just super duper bad for some reason (like i said i think it was the stress..) i just put a little of the clobetasol on my hand and wear a glove overnight and bingo bongo its gonezo hehe. :D SO thank you doctor who I can't remember the name of off the top of my head because it's been a year since I've seen you uwu. You were the best thing to happen to me last summer (because like, my hands were GNARLY bruh)

I took the time to give him the greeting of the day and ask how his day is. He just said in reply "I need your name and birthdate." The guy at the front has zero customer skills. Why would the Hull managers do that to potential customers?
