Like many places, they've experienced staff changes over the years due to life circumstances, such as people moving away or changes in management. Even through those transitions, the therapists who remain continue to provide exceptional care. I especially want to recognize Lauren. She has been working with my young teen for almost a year, and she has been nothing short of amazing. She is incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate. She always takes the time to listen, adjusts his treatment plan when something isn't working, and makes sure he feels comfortable and supported. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her patients, and her passion for helping people shines through in every appointment.
