Not only did she give me samples to relieve the nausea immediately, she also wrote me a script, and gave me an alternative to the med I'm on that's causing the nausea. The first time going in where I unloaded a lot of issues and did not have any of my records from other Dr.'s offices transferred, she had tons of information and suggestions to offer about what I was going through. She was prepared to recommend medication, physical therapy, other doctors for different issues, and techniques on how to manage stress and anxiety. The appointments were lengthy to air out any concern I had and the office staff are very responsive to phone calls and questions too. Definitely recommend this location. With my insurance, it's cheaper than the major healthcare facilities and here you can usually get week-of appointments. Once, I even got next day. This company's performance has significantly deteriorated, particularly after promising to communicate with me following the completion of a form I was required to fill out, detailing the incident. Since submitting the form, I have been eagerly awaiting a response. I am uncertain why there is a lack of communication via phone, text message, or email. Despite providing my phone number and email address during the form submission process, I have not received any response. What additional steps do I need to take to establish contact with the administrator responsible for this matter? My doctor has also reached out to inquire about the situation, but unfortunately, I am not only awaiting a response from the administration but also from my doctor, who is concerned about the sudden increase in my medication costs. Previously, I paid $12 per month for my medication, but after further investigation, I now pay between $400 and $500 per month for medication that Pharmacy Advantage has discontinued dispensing. Consequently, my doctor and I are left in the dark, anxiously awaiting communication from the administration at Henry Ford Hospital. However, I have not yet received a response via phone, text, or email. Please prioritize my communication as my phone and internet services are set to be terminated soon. You possess my personal information, and my doctor and I are eager to engage in a discussion with your administration. This conversation is imperative to address the financial crisis I am facing due to Pharmacy Advantage's actions. After consulting with HAP, it was revealed that Pharmacy Advantage is the sole pharmacy contracted by Henry Ford Hospital. Given HAP's ownership by Henry Ford Hospital, there are substantial avenues for intervention. Therefore, I implore you to respond to me or my doctor promptly to prevent the imminent filing of bankruptcy. My doctor is willing to discuss this matter with you to alleviate the financial burden imposed by Pharmacy Advantage. The doctor seems super knowledgeable and very thorough going through my wife's medical records going years back to help in his diagnosis. Special shout out to Dr Josh Newsom and Dr Brian McParland. Both went above and beyond in our care. I don't recall the names of the nurses and other staff but they were amazing as well. I recently had a poor experience with another Corewell location and was reluctant to go to this location but I'm glad I did go. I can not speak highly enough about the care we received and the knowledge and care of the staff. From checking in to making my wife had enough blankets to asking me I need anything to make me more comfortable the staff really blew us away. Ive never experienced care like this any hospital or ER setting.

You can book your timeslot…read moreonline and fill out paperwork / submit insurance card in advance so when you arrive you are ready to be seen. The two times I have visited it was not busy, everyone was masked and they brought me / us into the exam room right away. All the staff was very friendly and I was impressed with Dr Kahrs who took her time listening, running diagnostics, x Ray images and then diagnosis (broken ankle) with recommendations. Our prescriptions were promptly sent over to the pharmacy and notes were given for follow up care. Overall I felt just as comfortable as if I visiting my family doctor after hours, rather than the stress of an ER and have recommended them to multiple friends during flu season.
