Enhanced Glass did window tinting in our house and did a fantastic job. We have oddly shaped windows that are very high as well as multiple skylights. All were impossible to cover with blinds, and they let in a great deal of sunlight and heat. I opted to just have those windows tinted, because I was worried about how it would be to look thru tinted glass on all the windows. Those concerns were unfounded, as the view thru the tinted windows only enhanced the colors outside, and I now wish I'd had them do all our windows. The job they did is very professional and is flawless. I cannot give high enough praise to the two men who did the work, Guido and Esli. They were extremely pleasant not just to us, but even to our dog. They made very little mess and, whatever mess they did make was cleaned up as they went. By the time they left, you couldn't even tell that they had been there. We were, and still are, very impressed with the company as a whole, and I fully intend to have them back to do more. read more

I had anti graffiti film placed on 6 windows and payed almost $2,000. Within one day, there are bubbles on every window and it does not look good at all. I am so sad to have spent this much for such a poor job. The technician was an hour late for the appointment and I kept calling the company that morning and kept getting sent straight to voicemail. I would not recommend this company and would recommend paying more and going with Solar to have a job well done. I have had film placed before with Solar and they did a stellar job with no bubbles but the only reason I chose this company was for the lower price quote. My initials are AA and my appointment to have this done was on September 19th at 9:30am. We wanted to get privacy film installed due to nearby construction of 10 new townhomes. Enhanced Glass is one of the best experiences we've had working with a home improvement company. From scheduling to getting our questions answered, the communication was top notch. Jen was wonderful at handling our initial questions and juggling email + phone to get an appointment going, as well as sending timely follow-up emails to remind us of the appointment. Isaac did a wonderful job installing the film on 12 window panes in our home, and he let us preview the effect that different types of film would have prior to settling on the final film types. In the end we went with dual-reflective NS35 downstairs (where it's a bit darker so we wanted more light coming in) and NS25 upstairs (where there's more light and more eyes from the street). The windows look great! Can see very well out of the home, and nobody can see in. Without the excessive reflective look. Windows just look like very clean windows into empty rooms from the street. The picture attached shows NS35 before (top) and after (bottom) with the lights fully on inside. This makes a huge difference even from a short distance away, without noticeably reducing the light coming into the rooms! I'm an easy going guy, so it wasn't a big deal. I do recommend that Guido bring some work booties with him in case his next client might not be so easy going as I. No surprise fees. The front door of my new construction house is clear glass with a wood frame. Because the glass is clear and easy to see through (lacking privacy), I initially thought it would make sense to put a curtain/blind on the door. However, the professional I hired for window treatments mentioned that the best way to do it would be to get a frosted film put on for privacy (similar to tinting). These guys came out and did a great job. They were able to get it done in about an hour. The frosted privacy film looks great. It lets light in but ensures privacy. I hired enhanced glass to install anti glare film on all of my windows on the backside of my house to protect the new installation of synthetic turf in my backyard. I chose the clear version of film but they showed up and installed film that was very cloudy and had bubbles all over. They had to come back out and install the clear film I originally was quoted for and I was told that both types of film they offer provide the same protection so I asked why would anyone choose the cloudy film if the clear film is the same? They could not answer my questions and when reporting the clear film is not working the same as the other film and I was experiencing glare on my turf I was referred to the owner who I spoke with once and he requested I reach out to the turf company and get their input which I did and they advised the clear film is having issues and requested they put the other film back on but it's been two months now of phone calls and excuses and them avoiding the issue and working with me on a resolution! I have zero patience for crappy work and customer service. Do not hire this company, there are other options out there! read more

We're really happy with the film installation. Our main issue was reducing solar heat from a two story glass wall of windows. Previously the house would easily climb 10 degrees once the sun started to hit the glass, it was a greenhouse. Since the install, we've seen the thermostat rise 4 degrees and stay there. Problem solved! We looked into roller shades from a blinds company which cost the same amount or more, were bulky and would block the view. Super happy we went with glass film. Enhanced Glass did a great install. Their bid was higher than the other film installers we received but their customer service and attention to detail were far better, so we went with them knowing they'd do the best quality work. Getting on the calendar only took 2 weeks which was really nice. You commit to the project, set an install date, then select your final film day of. We picked their lightest tint, which given my heat issue I was tempted to go darker, but I'm glad I did not. It would have shown up too much. Install happened over two days, which was nice because on the second trip out they did fix two panels that ended up having problems. Guido was so friendly and professional. He was great to work with.
