We live is Olympia. After waiting for two weeks to receive a call back from a local company, without success, I called J. I was able to speak with J and he came by the next day to review the work we needed done and to give us a quote. We received his reasonable quote within a few hours. Price was very reasonable. I had my windows tinted roughly a year ago and I'm more than happy with the side windows and quarter panel windows but the back had what I thought were bubbles so I reached out to the installer stating my concern and he replies that it's not bubbles but in fact trapped debris and instead of offering a solution he says the space in the back of my coupe is tight so pretty much that's likely to happen and now I notice it every time I look at my back window and considering I opted for the ceramic coat with a price point of 500+ I would've expected better service. And now I need to have it redone cause it's quite unsightly. read more

Made an appointment last Friday (after being flaked out by another tint place) to come in this Friday (June 3rd, 2016) for a tint job. The conversation went well, he was willing to work with my schedule and the quote was reasonable. Fast forward to today, however, got a text message at 12:55pm that he wants to reschedule my 3pm schedule because of his back injury. I live in Bothell, so I was about to leave for the 45 miles drive. As much as I do appreciate the notification, I am disappointed with the 'last minute-ness' of the text. His shop is conveniently located close to the fwy and although it's a small space, it's super clean and there's even a comfortable seating area if you have to wait while he works on your car. He's a one man show so his schedule gets pretty booked but still, he was able to get me in on short notice.
