Amanda, who organized our consultation, was very kind and listened and answered all of our questions. We see Dr. Mark and his demeanor, attention to detail, and kindness shines! They have two offices, one in Grandville and the other in Kentwood. They have several chairs and several team members. The space is very clean, welcoming and beautiful. From the chairs you have wonderful views of the Grandville area.They have a small play area for kids and a coffee bar for the adults! Prices of orthodontia are similar to other locations for our specific needs. If you are looking for an orthodontist this is the place to go. We were shopping around for an orthodontist for our son and were blown away by everyone in the…read moreoffice. At every touchpoint, we felt cared for by their hospitality. Dr. Knapp and his assistants answered every question and never made us feel like no question was beneath them, and we asked some silly ones! We especially appreciated how Dr. Knapp included our 7-year-old son in the conversation about his care plan by directing loads of attention to him. He was personable and explained everything very clearly. We were impressed by the office in general which had very intentional thought and planning. The office includes high-tech equipment, a bright and airy atmosphere, and a waiting room that feels more like a comfortable living room. Our son loved his complimentary slushie from an in-house slushie machine which alleviated some anxiety.
