I had an amazing initial experience with him to then be treated completely horribly and inhumanely by him in a number of ways. He left teeth 26 and 13 unfinished, causing me agony and suffering, and was completely negligent of my treatment as his patient. I am going to LOSE the teeth he started treating because he left them unfinished and no one would help me since they kept telling me to go back to him and he wouldn't help me even though it was HIS problem to treat. He treated me like I was the lowest human being on earth, and his justification? I was/am extremely depressed. So he gave up on me and treated me like I didn't exist and didn't deserve treatment. Because I was struggling. That was his justification. If you are ever struggling with these feelings, know that he feels you are beneath him. I hope one day he himself or one of his loved ones experiences that because he deserves to feel it first hand. I have been having extreme cold and hot sensitivity with 13 (which I should not be, indicating he likely left nerve tissue still in there or it's reinfected or cracked). I cannot eat and drink without suffering and he should be charged as far as I'm concerned. That is taking away basic human rights to physical nourishment, and he already knew I had an eating disorder, and I think he was intentionally doing that to starve me further and harm me intentionally. And he knew the physical agony I had been having with 26 and he left that unfinished to get re-infected as well. I am going to have to get a biopsy of it and get it extracted, and I very well could have osteomyelitis because of him leaving it open to infection. It was malicious intent. He knew EXACTLY what he was doing, putting me in harms way intentionally. He purposefully didn't finish these teeth so they could get reinfected and cause me harm. He not only didn't care if I had complications, he wanted me to have them. When I called to tell them that I was having problems with the treatment HE did, they told me they wouldn't see me. He never cared that I am suffering and struggling. Someone else tested 13 last week and told me it's still responding to cold and was basically a partially done root canal that is causing problems, and could be cracked at this point. I am taking this to LARA and I have already taken it to the MDA and I want to do more than that. I will take this as far as I can for the suffering he has caused me and the horrific feelings and thoughts running through my mind. He doesn't care about you. He's in this for the money and nothing else. I wish I could make it so he never touched another patient ever again. They ignored me when I called, refusing to call me back, and hanging up on me. One of the most unprofessional offices I have ever encountered and one of the cruelest doctors I have ever seen. Because I was struggling, that's how he chose to treat me. Like I wasn't worthy of care.

Had an endo consult here last week with Dr Doering. Once he realized I was not a candidate for his…read moreservices, his patient demeanor immediately changed. I was basically rushed out with an active infection and told to consult an oral surgeon ASAP. I had to ask for an antibiotic for the interim, which he told me "not to take unless I needed it." When I consulted my dentist & the oral surgeon later that day, both said to take the antibiotic immediately, as the numbing may not work during the treatment I needed with an active infection. Dr Doering also refused to prescribe me the treatment for a very common symptom of this antibiotic, which is standard process for the issue I experienced and has never been a problem with other dentists in the past. I was billed over $300 for hardly 5 minutes of Dr Doering's time, yet felt like I was disregarded because I did not end up spending big $$$ with him for treatment. Very happy to take your money, but incredibly reluctant to offer any necessary medication. Do not recommend.

There were several areas that impressed be about Dental South. 1) There was a thorough examination of my cheeks and gums for unhealthy cells. I'd never had this performed at a dentist before, and as someone who has suffered from epithelial cell cancer in the past, this offered an extra sense of security for my oral health. 2) COMFORTABLE X-RAYS! Emphasis intended. I usually hate this step at dental offices as the device is uncomfortable in the jaw. The high tech digital xrays and dental south were quick and painless. 3) I learned about easy steps to keep up my dental heath without too much fuss. I thought I knew everything I needed to about my teeth, but I didn't. These pointers are easy to apply and I'm already using the new Glide floss, which has an edge against the kind I was using previously. Great experience. I'll be back

With a few "toys" to play with and a quite tv with an amazing lake view, the resections have always kept things very quick, even during times of COVID, making things stress-free. After being at this office for around 5yrs with no dental concerns, I started to wonder if they weren't looking close enough or I was doing that good of a job. But when I did bring a concern straight to my hygienist she brushed it off. So the next time I had a real concern, I called a different office to go to, instead. They provided COVID safe care, check in from your car and were friendly and informative the entire process. There equipment seemed up to date and their new facility is beautiful. I went in for X-rays and routine cleaning. They had me fill out my information online prior to my appointment and were prepped and ready for me. As a new patient here it was extremely smooth and easy. The dental hygienist was friendly and very good at what she did. Dr. Vogal was extremely friendly. Both provided strategies on how to keep my teeth healthy and positive the entire time. Highly recommend going here for your dental care.
