I spoke with the owner upon delivery of my first phase of loose photos, and he laid out different options based on my wants, needs and budget. I was kept in the loop and notified of phases being complete. I then sent a few very old photo albums, with sticky pages, and even those came out great in the scanning process. I don't think their online portfolio or even their in-studio albums do them justice. Other aspects that I appreciated include their responsive staff, easy payment system, and helpful instructions and tips. Sara in particular was very patient, accommodating, and helpful throughout the process. She spent nearly an hour before our big day to discuss our wedding day timeline to make sure that it was feasible and made terrific suggestions.
