I recently came here just for the tanning beds. I decided to buy a membership because some of the services looked cool. I'm fascinated by their before/after pics. So far I have only tanned and tried the massage but I really love this place. Gregory and the entire staff are very nice and accommodating. Also, let's just say, I don't tan, I burn...well at least until i get a nice base...in their beds, I have yet to burn and I've gotten color so quickly! I bought a groupon for spa services - hadn't heard of this place before. Monica is friendly and very helpful and made my visits more enjoyable. I was disappointed that the sauna capsule was broken and they weren't going to fix it. They offered the jade massage table as a replacement but when I tried it I didn't like it. I subbed 2 go arounds on the vibration stand and that was great. I like the heat wrap and doing the led light facial at the same time. Enlighten Tan and Spa is a gem. I was looking for a place to do some sunless tanning during the winter and I found this place on Yelp. I remember reading at least one review about the place being dirty, so I have to state for the record: the place was SPOTLESS. Every single time. And they always seem clean the equipment right after I finish using it. I also read about it being cramped, but I'm really not sure what more room you would need. You're going there to lie down on a tanning bed or an infrared machine or whatever; why would someone need more room? There is plenty of room to change and get situated. I think it's great that they fit as much as they do in the space. I love all of the extras there that you wouldn't find at a regular tanning salon, like the infrared air pressure machine (my favorite!), the infrared back roller/massage machine, the vibration plate, the red light bed, the PEMF machine and more. They have a medical spa area as well with a variety of offerings. I also wanted to mention that the owners are super knowledgeable about what they offer (and so many aspects of health and wellness) as well as very kind and helpful. The membership options are fantastic and an awesome deal if you can get in there regularly. Highly recommend. read more

I had a package deal for laser hair removal. The technicians I worked with were thorough and patient. All their staff is pleasant and professional. For the most part, my treatment process was pain-free. I did experience had some sensitivities during treatment r/t myself (ticklish, or a week before period start) and Elana was attentive to that. I'm happy to say that the long journey produced hair-free results, which I've dreamed of when I was a little girl. :D Thank you, Elana and Greg! They do offer other services which I do want to try. I got a spray tan there yesterday and loved the results. It gave me the perfect natural glow for my skin type and evened out my skin color so my thighs, upper arm and stomach areas weren't so white. Plus there was no smell or greasy feel at all. Will go back for sure. Interested in tooth whitening and IPL too since it's so much more affordable than most places at about a third of the cost. read more

This place, although close and convenient, is a rip off. They take your money and won't give a refund or freeze tanning pkg. $110.00 for 2 uv tans is thievery. Never tried other services as I imagine those to be a waste of time and money. They have a very high staff turnover, so I believe the management is horrible. Enlighten Spa is a fantastic place, staff is very friendly, facilities are well kept, and they have a great selection of tanning beds. They also offer many other services. When I came in I was greeted by a friendly staff that worked at the front desk, was given a tour, then was set up to Tan in no time. Definitely coming back. 5/5 stars. read more

I am really disappointed with how this business has treated me. Right before covid i paid $230 + for a credit of services. They have been shut down for a long time and just recently opened back up the problem is that i am moving out of the state in less than 2 weeks and have no time to visit for an appointment. If you have ever sold your house with plans to move to a different state while holding down a job and having young children you know my pain and how time is not on your side. I have reached out multiple times to the company owner asking for a refund and she refuses to email/call me back. It's sad how a business can take advantage of someone in such a stressful time. If i could give it 0 stars i would based on how unprofessional they have been. read more

Very friendly service! Owned by a lovely couple. Huge supporter of small businesses. They offer such a variety of services and all at a reasonable price. Went in today for a tanning session and will go back again and again. Terrible terrible spray tans I went in for a spray tan girl takes me into room explains how spray booth works old machine doesnt talk you are supposed to turn around after 10 seconds soaking wet spray black color running down my body clerk says Something must be wrong with the machine I've never seen it do that before, I was horrified Black stains all over my face I insisted on my money back and left stained my clothes owner text me said it was all my fault I was like omg clerk was saying machine fault terrible service don't go there. read more

I had such a great experience here. I purchased a Groupon for a spray tan. I'd never done one before. When I came in I met Gregory. He told me all about it. There was someone using the machine so I had to wait only about 5 minutes. During that time he told me all about the spa and even gave me a quick tour. He let me know all of thier services but never tried to push me into any of them. This made a big impact on me. I'd assume they would try to push a membership or something on you to make up for the fact that you are a discounted customer. He was so accommodating. He fully showed me how to use all of the products and the machine. He made sure I was satisfied before i left. I would return here again! read more

Unfortunately, I visited Enlighten Tan & SPA for a laser hair removal consultation. Enlighten Tan & SPA uses a diode laser. I felt I needed a patch test, before I bought a package. As soon as I entered the "spa" I was extremely uncomfortable. Their environment is cluttered! Not relaxing at all! I did not feel the staff was knowledgeable about any spa treatments, including pricing! If you want to buy a Groupon, I would go see the "spa" and their "equipment" first. I've never been to a spa, where I had to sign a HIPPA release, for my medical records! I would NOT recommend Enlighten Tan & SPA. read more

I went in and felt uncomfortable. I thought maybe I needed to stop being a snob. I thought I'll give it a try. So instead of buying the Groupon, they agreed to take the price that was offered on Groupon for laser hair removal. When I went in to the room and the gal saw that I had dark hair. The lighting is poor she didn't really look at my area which she was to laser. I waited about 3 weeks and didn't notice any change. I called back, the lady was not there (who did my laser). I had to wait for her to call me back the next day. I called again for her to tell me she needed to call me back another time as she had a customer. I waited for her to call me back and asked for my money back for a refund. She told me that I had already had one treatment and recommended to stay with the 'protocol'. I told her it wasn't going to work for me. She still didn't want to refund my money. In the end, I told her don't worry about the money I'll eat the money, and I'll leave a yelp review. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!!! read more
