The Palms is the only place I'll go, because they have great equipment, the salon is clean and well kept, and the staff are friendly, professional, and kind. And their great pricing and membership structure really helps--no high-pressure sales tactics, just great tanning! I also love double dipping (they call it cocktail tanning, where you can tan in a sunbed and then get a sunless/spray tan). I leave the salon looking so bronzed and feeling great! And I like how their membership pricing structure is straightforward. I've been using their level 1 & 2 beds, but at my last visit I splurged on a level 5 bed, and it was fantastic. It had a flat tanning surface inside, and it was so spacious! Their equipment is top-notch and kept in impeccable condition, which I appreciate. The relaxation and feeling great from a minimal time investment is important to me, and I love The Palms for helping me to look and feel my best!

They prey on high school kids, get them to sign up for their monthly service and then give them the run around when they try to cancel it. First my daughter was told she had to cancel it in person. Then told that it had to be done online. When you call to the billing line it puts you on hold for 30 minutes and then disconnects the call. I have put a report into the better business bureau.

I live downtown and there are dozens of tanning salons I could visit for this service but I gladly drive 30 minutes to make sure I get perfect tan. I'd never had a spray tan of any kind before going to Weslene so I was super nervous over the idea of turning out like an Oompa Loompa, but she came recommended AND I found her Groupon... so I kind of HAD to try it :) So glad I did! No orange, no lines, no smears (make sure to ask for a face wipe to clear all the oils off your face before she sprays that area. My face must not have been completely clear the first time I went because as my tan wore off there was a hint of blotchiness around the crown of my face, hardly noticeable but still something one could be self-conscious about. Anyway I shared that with Weslene at my next tan and she gave me a face wipe prior to spraying my face- ever since, no more blotches). Definitely visit Brazilian Bronze.
