I basically got dry spinach, and a few dabs of tomatoes and feta on my pizza slices. Not yummy. Three years later, I got a message in my Yelp inbox. It was from Yousaf from Big Brothers Gourmet Pizza. He said that he wanted to make things right by offering a fresh pizza. It sounded too good to be true. It was. I wrote back to ask how I could get a fresh pizza on October 23. Crickets. I followed up on November 23. I still didn't get a response. I gave up and wrote on December 1st, saying that his gesture wasn't genuine. I'm finally writing my follow-up review here. It's one thing to make things right by offering a fresh pizza. But measuring from his tone, I thought he was questioning the validity of my call because it was a US number. As soon as I replied, he hung up. So I called back. My father felt compelled to call and assure them the order was in fact valid, as he is a regular customer who is recognized by his phone number when he calls. This upset me, as he just had heart surgery and should be resting. The pizza eventually arrived 26 minutes after they texted me that it was being delivered. The recipient of my call should have asked questions if he was in doubt. Not just hang up on me. That was incredibly rude and unprofessional!

One time they gave me someone else's entirely different order. Like different pizza size, different toppings, different customer's address on the boxes. The next time they screwed up my toppings and gave me beef instead of sausage but I wasn't about to wait another hour to have it fixed. A little work on accuracy could go a long way, but I'm a sucker and will keep going back for that amazing garlic butter oil sauce stuff.
