At that point I had no choice but to find another professional on Thumbtack. The second pro immediately showed me where to order the correct part myself. It arrived within a week for $103 + $20 shipping--about $60 less than Antonio's last quote. That technician installed it promptly and professionally, proving the job could have been handled easily if Wilson's Delivery had acted responsibly. I asked Antonio multiple times for an invoice or any documentation explaining his charges. I was met with silence. The only record I have is our text messages and Thumbtack chat history.
