So, already an hour late - the provider had no stud finder or level.. we just moved so most of our tools were packed away. We did find a small level, measuring tape, and stud finder. Unfortunately our stud finders battery died.. but for $170 I really would have hoped the company would have provided the proper tools to complete the service we requested. When it was completed the TV was not level and screws were not tightened fully. I was shocked again by the $170 price when we had to provide almost everything. My husband had to hold the TV the entire time as well until it was mounted, 45 minutes to mount a TV... Once the provider left we realized the TV isn't even centered either, off by a foot so we are going to have to do it ourselves anyway.

WK Property Solutions also handled the project poorly. I have over a decade of experience in commercial construction, and if you're considering them as a general contractor, I would not recommend them either. They went over project schedule by 17 weeks and 2 days. Ike consistently showed up late and rarely completed a full workday. He frequently arrived with the wrong materials, causing further delays. His work habits were careless, and tools were handled recklessly, damaging finished drywall and flooring. He also failed to contain drywall dust while drilling holes for recessed lighting, embedding dust into the wood grain and permanently affecting the finished floors. Most concerning, Ike had to be removed from the job site due to poor time management, unsafe electrical practices, and a clear lack of knowledge of residential electrical code. The new electrical contractor I replaced Ike with found that incorrect breakers were installed, and seven receptacles were found with loose or improperly connected wires which posed a serious electrical fire hazard to my home and family. I would strongly advise against hiring Enroute Mounts LLC for any residential electrical work.

Josh McDonough, operations manager, contacted me soon after the initial review went live. He had read the review and understood the reasons for my dissatisfaction. He and Dustin Roskam, service support lead, arrived today to make come changes to the setup about which I had complained. When they were through, I had what I had expected in the first place: simultaneous sound through the soundbar and through my hearing aids, when allows my wife and me to watch TV at the same time.
