I also wanted to ask why my information had not been provided on the card I had asked to be completed. I was informed that it wasn't and wanted to know why your company would not think to ask? Also, to let your company know that DoorDash blamed your company and the driver and assumed no responsibility for the items never making it the intended recipient. I was shocked at the defensiveness of your employee! She wanted to shirk any responsibility. While DoorDash should ultimately be responsible pointed out that being aware of the issue which your employee was and stated if I wanted to get it there that I should have used your website that your company is still part of the problem by using DoorDash. Please note that I went off ratings here at yelp to determine a florist. I first found your shop and found it could be delivered through DoorDash. My question still remains how do you send personalized card when not given any info? Had I known that I would have picked them up and delivered myself. I felt you needed to know the problem in using a third party. Then for you to claim that this a first is laughable. I was informed this happens all the time from the hospital staff. I however apologize for my assumption that I thought I was speaking with the owner and noted it as such in my review and was instead speaking to your employee. I did say that I was going to write a review as my recourse so others can be aware of using DoorDash to get flowers to a recipient at a hospital since your employee noted there are no concerns in using DoorDash.

She put together the most gorgeous arrangement with pinks. My Aunt was stunned, she brought all of her friends at the senior living center to see it. She was absolutely thrilled. They sell cards, gifts, and other knick-knacks that you might want to pick up at flower-appropriate moments. Lots of parking. Nice staff that went digging for what I wanted. I'm 99% sure they deliver. Another 99% sure that they're an FTD shop. Cons: A wee bit pricey. Flowers aren't the cheapest proposition when it comes to bang for your buck anyways, but you'll spend a bit here. Although they did have a better deal on roses than other shops I've been to. All bets are off around the mother and lover holidays. Not much else around. Sort of a quiet section of State Street these days. Standard arrangements. Some pretty ones, some so-so. Nothing that blew me away. But you may put this in the Pro column, because they're a good, safe bet for a pretty arrangement. Turns out they didn't have everything I was looking for. The nice gal behind the counter was very accommodating and went looking for it, though. So big ups for working with me. They were willing to order it, but it would have taken a week. With my time crunch, it didn't work out. But I'd definitely come back and try again the next time I'm buying flowers.

When I found myself walking through the threshold between the Bambino and Cactus and Tropicals, I was pretty sure I'd entered into a Hallmark movie. It's another worldly. There are adorable displays all over-trinkets and little goodies to accompany your flowers and plants-and there are plenty of those! Although I wasn't notified that flowers in those colors weren't available for my delivery date, the flowers sent were gorgeous, healthy and well designed.
