I've dealt with a number of the staff at ENT at several of the locations and have never had anything but an excellent experience! I've honestly left several appointments thinking that I'd want to work here. From allergies to throat issues to the diagnosis of a tumor, the folks at ENT, from schedulers to physicians, are always extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Horrible unfair billing practices. I put my bill in with DFS for and independent review and suggest any patient (or more aptly customer) do the same. After being on a payment plan for $1200, and paying them monthly as agreed, they arbitrarily cancelled my pay plan when I informed them I needed to switch the credit card they were automatically charging monthly. I continued to pay them, bunching up the last few payments sending them 3 times the pp amount in Jan and Feb and continued to ask them why their billing now shows $500 more? I spoke with an Yvette on Friday Dec 13, 2019 and explained for the 10th time what had occurred and if I could speak with Raven their billing supervisor. Yvette again said she would speak with Raven and call me back. Knowing that would never occur, I contact Raven directly today. Aside from telling me they had no record of me calling at all in 2019 (which I'm fortunate they recorded the call as she admitted to me twice thy had notes from calls I made in April and July and also rattled off just about their entire staff who I spoke with: Patricia, Laura, Yvette, Darrell and two others) she told me that the original bill was for $1,700, but since they can only do 12 month pay plans they would bill me the $500 after the pay plan was satisfied. This was quite a surprise as the only documentation I have is a pay plan for 1200.00 which I paid as agreed and nothing in my notes or anywhere else about $500 extra. Nor did anyone ever furnish this to me as an explanation during my many calls to them. It's a shame as Dr. DiMaio is a great physician with an excellent bedside manner and takes time to ensure you understand everything and answer your questions. Inasmuch as their billing services go, however, they trend on surprise bills, hide behind not noting when you call (truly...email them so you have proof you contacted them) and then seemingly arbitrarily add a surprise balance to your bill midway to 3/4 through you pay plan and do not work with you but threaten you with referral to a collection agency. I value good Dr.'s like Dr. DiMaio and would recommend him to anyone, however, be forewarned should you decide to go to ENT And Allergy Associates as you may end up paying for it through the nose, so to speak. Also of interest, and something the office staff at the location told me when I called to request my file (suffice to say I am switching Dr.s) is that the billing dept is in lower Westchester county and they habitually do not treat their patients (Fishkill) very well nor was this the first time they lost a patient because of billing - a quick scan of the yelp reviews seem to back this as the offices in Fishkill are rated much higher than those in Westchester and even Putnam counties. read more

Staff is great but be prepared to wait. My apt was 8:30 as confirmed via phone reminder but when I got here 15 min early I was told it was 20 min later. I'm now still waiting exactly one hour after arrival. Now I have to use 2 hours of work time. At this point even if I made an 8:50 it's 30 min & counting. Now 40 min before finishing this review. I'm in my second room now and told I'll Go to a third room. Ugh! I'm not happy at all! I mean really 8:30 or 8:50 am apt. and it's an hour wait this early in the morning. This is an expensive day. Copay plus a procedure pay because insurance won't pay since medical changed so normal diagnostic things are now billed plus my two hours of work lost. I made my day and schedule so this would t happen. You know I'd be billed if the roles were reversed! It's a lack of respect for the patient and my time. I hope someday the time management catches up with the expertise. 2 stars only because I love the doctors. This is a review about time only NOT the practice. Be prepared to wait is my only warning. Especially if kids are involved or you have life to attend to. read more

Dr. Kolker is truly AMAZING!!!! Our daughter has had MAJOR tonsils and adenoids health issues and after their removal she is feeling and more importantly breathing much better now. Our only wish is that Dr. Kolker can be cloned....lol! The staff is super friendly and professional also. read more

Dr. Panda and his staff are amazing!!! Suzanne the nurse was so friendly, I felt so comfortable. All she did was speak very highly of Dr. Panda, what a great team. It's nice to see. I definitely recommend this location! read more
