Whether it's a secretary, audiologist, nurse, or physician, everyone is always helpful and kind. Dr. Munzer specifically is exceptional. He has a kind disposition, is extremely thorough, and is beyond patient. While most physicians would have dismissed my symptoms as minor and ignored my near constant complaining, Dr. Munzer listened and was extremely knowledgeable, arranging a number of appropriate tests which led to the diagnosis of a tumor. Through the entire process, he took the time to explain everything and ensured that I understood the information and his instructions. I have recommended him to friends and highly recommend him to anyone with ENT issues.

We had an appointment that I missed bc I woke up late, I called to see if they would still see us unfortunately the Dr. Was tightly booked but I was able to get an appointment with the APRN (his nurse-Debi) just a few hours later she was attentive kind concerned and explained everything, that my son who's 17 is going thru bc of his ear infections. A condition he has had since birth. This is our 1st time with this Dr. And wished we had him years ago. He was given a hearing test, Ears checked through a microscope and that's how this visit was everything for me felt like it was done using a microscope. I'd also like to mention Terry the nurse she was the exact same way with my son. Concerned and patient in talking with us. I know there's not a better Dr. Specialist office out there! If you are lucky to have an appointment with them u will understand why I praise these 2 ladies the way I have.

When i was having…read moremy sonogram done the guy there was so rude to me and my family and he ruined the experience for my mother in law. He talked all about his family the whole time and complained about other patients that go there. At 7 months pregnant i wanted to switch doctors but i thought it was best to just stick it out... but then there was a problem with my insurance the day i went in for a visit and instead of them helping me correct the problem they said i could no longer come in until i fixed my insurance. I couldn't believe this was happening at 7 months pregnant but i look at it as a sign now. I will never go to that office again!!!!!
