I called Dr. Edleman to make an appointment and the first thing his receptionist said was you owe a bill from 3 years ago for $99.00 and before I make any appointment I need payment over the phone. I told her at the time I had GREAT insurance and I never received a bill for this so either send me something to reference or wait until I come in to show me the statement. She stated she is not booking an appointment until I pay this balance. Remind you, I was FRANTIC that my son' ear was bleeding and she showed NO concern what so ever. Not only was she rude, but made comments such as: If you paid your bills on time, you wouldn't have this issue. I decided to find another DR and his staff called me later and said that Dr. Edlemen said himself, he will not see my son until that $99.00 is paid. I was beyond disgusted that a so called Pediatric ENT would be so rude and no compassion at all. The only reason I called was because he was the original ENT that put the tubes to begin with. DO NOT go to this DOCTOR, I read another review that said he is "off" and they are absolutely correct. The staff is rude and nasty and I did not have a good experience at all.

He was very patient and explained everything in detail about our daughter. He gave us all instructions on the future visits and never showed any signs of impatience. I highly recommend him as pediatrician for your kids, especially if you are a first time parent.
