When my youngest daughter had her first asthma attack and landed in the ER dr Hanna showed up in 12 hours of us being there to make sure was ok and received the correct treatment. Now at the time she was not diagnosed with asthma. Yet everyday she was in the hospital DR. Hanna and DR Brauer came to check in on her. That helped ease my and my family's fears. Their staff at the practice is sweet quick Children friendly and extremely understanding of how children are. I finally got an appointment for my daughter to get a routine dental check up. I got greeted in Spanish, which I'm not fluent in. I already got a dirty look for that. The lady proceeded to tell me that I needed my daughter's birth certificate to "confirm her identity" (which mind you, was not told to me over the phone making the appointment.) and she looked at me as if I was stupid for not knowing it was needed. Then she checked out my ID and my daughter's dental card, said in a judgmental tone, "you don't have the same last name." For one, how is that relevant? And for two, who are you to judge that? Anyways, since I didn't have the birth certificate I had to reschedule for a date over 2 weeks away. I get there, Doctor Galowitz, mentioned that "since I'm 30 minutes late they would have to reschedule for the afternoon." I took the morning off for this appointment which meant afternoon was not available. I understand they may be a bit busy and want to stick to schedule which I will claim was a mistake on my part, but I after driving 2 hours to get here and did they didn't seem to care, which means I will take my business elsewhere.
