Do not go here. I went in for food allergy testing with Dr. Sohn. She insisted I do the environmental testing even though I had that already done. I received a $800 bill on top of a $50 copay and my I insurance paid approx $100. I understand if they billed me another $100 but $800 for something that literally took 5 minutes. What I came to learn after is that all the doctors in this office are scamming everyone and billing insurance crazy amounts. Do yourself a favor and find yourself a better doctor's office. read more

Entirely commercial experience. Just look at the pictures posted. They could be from your weekly valpak coupon package. Patient is coaxed towards expensive procedures that yield minimal benefits. Doctors have good salesmanship and often disarm the patient. People at the front desk tend to be similar to other heavily commercialized medical offices in that they often have little regard for the clients and they mostly seem annoyed that you are present there. read more

DR Sreepada is absolutely one of the finest physician I have known. He has treated me for sinusitis and performed "balloon procedures " on me to cure recurrent sinus issues. He recently saw me on an emergency basis to correct an agonizing inner ear infection. He is not only totally proficient in his approach, he is also a very caring individual who ALWAYS spends a good amount of time with you making sure your questions are answered to the fullest. He always calls after an appointment to see how I'm doing and if I have additional questions. Bottom line is he is extremely competent and even as important a very caring physician. It's great too see these qualities in a young physician, it certainly seems "old school" to me and a rare quality today. He is the best. read more

Dr Sreepada takes the time for all your questions, called me after my biopsy just to see how I was doing, sent me to referrals for my cancer, then called me a month later just to see how I was doing. If I could give this facility 0 stars I would have! Where to begin?? I went in for a sinus infection. It is something that has happened before as my ears retain fluid during and after a cold. I met with Dr. Shreepada, who although was nice, spent a total of five minutes checking me out. He proceeded to talk about the insurance industry and how their facility needs to charge the ins co's more than double the actual cost of the visit so that he/ they can get paid. He said "I don't make anything on these visits"... Not making money is relative- and a Dr. should always keep that in perspective!! He urged that I should be tested immediately for other allergies and rushed me into their sister office of allergy testing. In the current state I was in- I could not breathe and the hearing was out in my ears- I felt desperate, and hey as far as I understood my insurance would cover this and all I had to do was pay toward my (6k!!) deductible- and the co pay- not the case!!! I met with Dr. Sohn, who again spent a few minutes with me. I was not allergic to anything- as suspected- upon first visit. I was charged $750 for this visit. Not to mention the $50 each 'office' in co payment. Or the $200 for antibiotics. When I was supposed to go in for a follow up. I called to find out the charges and was instructed by the billing department that I would probably be charged the same amount as last time. $750. I canceled and refused to co back. The billing department proceeded to hound me after I had submitted financial hardship application, and instructed them that I was waiting to hear if I was approved. I was not- but worse; was never even notified of the decline. The main office had lied to the billing office (in another state) to say I was called, when I had not. When I followed up with the office manager- Sherry Masucci- I was given her voicemail and of course she has not called me back. I'm sure they do an ok job here.. but their prices are over the top! Billed to insurance was the following... New patient charge-$200 TWICE- so $400 Tympanometry- $46.00 Nasal endoscopy- $465.00 Binocular microscopy- $65.00 Allergy skin test- $750.00 $200 in meds $100 in co pay And the communication is severely lacking. My advise is really find out what is covered and not and what your actual cost would be before scheduling. For someone who is self employed and struggles with the day to cost of life with a family-- this threw me off balance and now I have an additional monthly payment. They didn't even accept my credit card, and I had to do my debit card, to which very well might bounce from time to time... In the end I feel taken advantage of in a vulnerable state, from two Dr.s who may never know what it is like to struggle with finances!!! Sadly this happens FAR too often. read more

My experience with the Wayne office was excellent. I was quite sick. I called for an appointment on the same day and they added an appointment at the end of the day. The office staff, nurses, and doctor went above what they necessarily needed to do. I am so grateful for the kindness and the help they gave me that day. read more

I am so disgusted by this office. I made an appt for my disabled mother who is a bilateral amputee and is on oxygen. There was soo much traffic that day on the pkwy. I was coming from Newark to the Wayne office. I called office to ask if my mom could still be seen if we are 15-20 mins late. I was told it would be okay and to still come. I get there. There is no handicap parking available. I had to look for 2 empty spots together so I can pull out wheelchair and her safely. I get to suite and I am told be a receptionist my mom can not be seen. I told her I called ahead to make sure my mom could be seen if we are late and was told to come. We drove 1.5 hrs to get there. I them asked for consideration because of my mom's disability and because I had to miss work. No compassion whatsoever and was still turned away. She said no told them I called and no one asked the MD. I showed her my call log as well. I being a nurse at a local hospital undertsand reason for appts but I understand making consideration for people we are caring for everyday. I will never recommend this practice. Three hr round trip drive after being told to come then turned away? They lack professional as well as compassion. read more

Had a very bad experience with Dr. Brunetti in 2017 after getting my first ear infection. Did a quick google search and ran into ENT and Allergy Associates. Called, made an appointment, and went in. Sat for about 20 minutes or so then Dr. Brunetti called me in. Now again, it's my first time at an ENT so I wasn't sure what to expect. He examined my ears and said in order to rule out my throat as a potential root cause he needed to do a Nasal Endoscopy if I allowed him. I highly doubted it was from my throat so I kindly declined, since I was given the option. However, he guilt-tripped me by saying he can't properly diagnose me and treat me without performing it - so why did he ask me if he can do it in the first place if he's only looking for one answer? We move forward with the Nasal Endoscopy and guess what? Throat is fine. He prescribes me antibiotic drops and before I go, he offered to clean my ear very quickly since they seemed a bit dirty, according to him. A quick swab to the left ear and then one to the right and I was out. All this unfolded in about 10 minutes. Two weeks later I get a bill from the office for $300 - which is my outstanding portion after the insurance has paid!! Turns out the Nasal Endoscopy AND the quick cleaning he did were both considered surgeries and the office sent a $900 bill to my insurance. Wow, talk about milking. I did sign a form at the front desk which indicated that some procedures performed may be labeled and processed as surgeries and I expected that for the nasal endoscopy - but for cleaning my ears?! He used no special instruments or anything. It was literally a swab to one ear and a swab to the other. Ended up exhausting my insurance and now the outstanding balance and anything moving forward would be out of pocket till I reach my deductible. And wait, it gets even better. One week after using the drops he prescribed, my ears were even worse - itchy, inflamed, absolutely terrible. I called and he was kind enough to prescribe me another type of drops but I needed to come right away for another cleaning. Yeah right. Called my primary doctor instead and asked to pay out of pocket rather than go through insurance (it's cheaper) and he accepted. He examined me and couldn't believe what he saw, informing me that this is one of the worst infections he'd ever seen. Prescribed me steroids and within a week my infection was gone. And that only cost me $50 for the office visit. So a family doctor was able to cure a very aggressive ear infection but a specialized ENT doctor failed to do so prior to it even being aggressive. Just milked my insurance and attempted to continue to do so. I'm surprised he even sent a prescription over to the pharmacist for the 2nd drops he offered without trying to cheat me somehow. Stay away from the entire clinic and go to a local, private practice instead. I read reviews about the clinic prior to going and just assumed people had bad experiences or had high standards but wow, I should have really taken those reviews into consideration. They exhausted my insurance, had me pay $300 out of pocket, and left me with an untreated ear infection that got worse over time. I called the office and tried to dispute it with the manager but all they did was side with the doctor (of course). Stay away, period. I actually went to another ENT (Dr. Kardos) for a follow up check-up and wow, what a difference!! That's a real ENT doctor. Patient, polite, explains things, takes the time to listen - I was there for 30 minutes and he even said if I run into any more issues to give him a call and didn't need to come back into the office since my insurance benefits were still exhausted. read more

Horrible front office and customer communication skills. Receptionist was just unprofessional and was not Concerned for the patients needs nor concerns. I was 15 minutes late to an appointment for my daughter which I did have a previous appointment for but had to cancel which I did in a timely manner. Her appointment was originally for 6 o'clock and I happened to have a surgery scheduled at the same office for my 19 month old son the following week at six in the morning so I accidentally showed up at six instead of 5:45 and she pretty much straight up told me to book another appointment and leave. I was trying to tell her nicely that my daughter has a severe peanut allergy/major allergies and that her previous allergist vanished.I explained she has not been seen in a while and she pretty much told me I would have To wait about an hour and a half if the doctor would even consider to see me , but that there were other appointments AND I clearly told her I work seven days a week and it's that time where my daughter gets a flared up from the season. This girl could care less! Thankfully I love the pediatric ENT and hopefully the allergist is worth the wait time... SMH! read more

I'm giving this place a 3 based on the girls who work the front desk. The doctors are nothing but nice, however, any time I've called to make an appointment I'm greeted by someone not so friendly, who doesn't seem to be thrilled that they're at work. Clearly people who call majority of the time don't feel well, and I'm pretty sure you can hear that in their voice. The last thing anyone wants to deal with is someone who's rude on the other end. I used to see Dr. Scheiberhoffer and had been going to them for almost 6 years when all of a sudden, the same thing he had been doing since 2008, now in January 2014, was considered a "procedure". I was blind-sided. There was nothing said to me, but I was billed $75 for an "endoscopy". I called and told them that he's been doing that since 2008 and I was never billed before. His office - NASTY and incompetent and Dr. Scheiberhoffer, very disappointed in how he handled it. I had also referred 2 friends of mine from work who went to see him the same week. Same thing, got a bill from them for $75 and was told the same thing. I was embarrassed because I referred them and had no idea they started billing this as a procedure. Well I told them I was not paying AND the fact that I had been going to them for 6 years and referred people to their office, can they waive it? NOPE! In fact they sent me to collections for $75 and to this day, I will not and will never pay it. It's the principle. I am considering reporting them to the medical board as I feel they falsified information and misled me. It's all about the money....that is all they care about and I will not participate in their greed. I guess money is more important than their patients. So I would highly recommend anyone considering going to them, DON'T! Shop around 1st. You might leave their with a bill for something they did that you didn't know about. Be careful with them. I was having pain in my ear so I made an appointment here.Dr.D'Anton was the Dr I saw. I had my wisdom teeth pulled a few days prior to this appointment.i told this to Dr.D'Anton and we came to the conclusion that it was TMJ. He then decided that he wanted to look up my nose for some strange reason.this is after the diagnosis.he put a wire up my nose for 2 seconds,tops. The diagnosis was still TMJ. There was no reason for this wire to be up my nose.Dr.D'Anton had a reason tho..He charged my insurance for a "surgery ". BE Very Careful,DO NOT ALLOW HIM TO DO THIS.This is his scam.Charging for a "Surgery " ,when you didn't have a "surgery ". The co-payment for surgery is another $150, while he earns another $500,just for putting this useless camera up your nose.Many other patients have told me he's done this unnecessary procedure to them as well. He'll come up with a bogus excuse as to why he had to look up everyone's nose,but it's his bread & butter.this is how he makes his living. I rarely write reviews, but this experience is really exceptional. I called the office, appointment scheduled at 16:10, operator asked to fill up the forms online to save the time in the office. I done it. Came at the office at 16:00, checked in, wait 1hr+ and asked receptionist for how long more I have to wait- she said there is one more patient in front of me. I canceled appointment and left the office. Called to another doctor- will go there tomorrow. Completely waste of time and absolutely no respect to the patent and his/her time. I was here in the office before with ear infection- as another people mentioned- doctor spent around 30 seconds with me after I spent 1.5 hrs waiting in the line. I would highly recommend do go somewhere else if you value your time and money. read more

Once again I felt compelled to express my sincere confidence and trust in ENT Allergy Associates of Wayne. I have had several visits (at least 8 or 9) since I had my partial thyroidectomy in 2013 and I will NEVER go elsewhere. I have written a review before in reference to my Dr. Sreepada and how wonderful and professional he was with my surgery. I never dreamed in a million years I would have an accident at work where I was knocked unconscious and my nose was broken! I headed immediately to the ER at Chilton but on the way called Dr. Sreepada's office to let him know what was going on. If anyone was going to set my nose, I wanted it to be him. He told me to immediately come to his office. When I arrived I was a mess, bloody ,swollen and very much in pain. I trusted this many with my thyroid and knew beyond any doubt that I could trust him with my face!!! He was AMAZING. In 10 quick minutes, he set my nose right there saving me hours in the ER and doing a magnificent job of it as well. It is perfectly straight!!! I am sooooo happy with him.. He is a credit to his profession! Since 2013, I have referred at least 7 patients as well as my immediate family members, all of whom have the same reaction as I have. His associate Dr. Brunetti saved my sons life in the ER at Chilton when his airway was obstructed from an acute case of epiglotitis. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!
