My son has been a patient here for many year!!! And I used to rave about this office and their doctors! unfortunately, in this past year, the office services has declined drastically. The lack of communication from office staff to patients has been beyond horrible. There has been numerous times I had brought my son into the office for his allergy shot and was turned away because a change in their policy which we had not been informed of prior to the appointments. If it wasn't for the fact that this office was the closest location I would've switched offices and the fact that he's so far into his allergy shots. When I asked to speak to an office manager, they gave me a nurse, which then transferred me back to front desk. This past week I had to make an appointment for what I was concerned was an inner ear infection and possible strep throat. SCAM ARTIST DO NOT LET THEM GIVE YOU AN UNNECESSARY HEARING TEST! I came in for sinus pressure, no complaint of hearing issues whatsoever. After diagnosis, the doctor sent me to get a hearing test down the hall and now I'm being billed separately because I was seen by two different people, for two different examinations. when I didn't even want the hearing test in the first place, and had nothing to do with the reason I came into the office. Doctors are good, staff is nice. Patient service is awful. It is a conglomerate of many practices, and all calls are taken through a call center. Which means if you need to reach anyone at the actual practice - good luck. And if you have any medical issure or question, you must wait on lengthy hold (up to 20 mintues) with a call center rep, and if you insist on reaching someone in the practice, they will then have to ask their superviser, and add another 10 minutes on hold. And explain over and over why you need to speak to the practice. I was diagnosed with an aucustic neuroma (tumor!) and it was a nightmare trying to get records sent to neurosurgeon, wrong things faxed, repeatedly explaining to someone whose English wasn't great that what I need, literally hours wasted and extreme frustration. Was at the neurosurgeon's office when they discovered that they were missing a document from the ENT office, and we could not get past the ENT call center! Honestly shameful for medical practice. read more

A breast cancer patient walks into a doctor's office with a 103 degree fever. She called the doctor's office the night before because she was in immense pain (Head/sinus area) for the SIXTH STRAIGHT WEEK. A woman who has taken Tamoxifen for the past five years. If you're unfamiliar with Tamoxifen, go Google it. Most women who are prescribed it, KNOWING it is possibly THE ONLY THING that could save their lives, decide to not take it. On first meeting (in person) DR. LEVINE: "You're not going to die any untimely death." (Nice intro to the breast cancer patient Doc. Perfect ice breaker.) "You're another doctor's patient and I just offered to see you today because you sounded so miserable on the phone last night." (Gosh... sorry. Initially prescribed steroids that didn't alleviate the pain. Then prescribed antibiotics that also did not resolve the issue. Ultimately sent for a CAT Scan and had to call multiple times to get results because the office staff couldn't give an answer and SOMEhow the initial doctor could never figure to call the cancer patient back and give results. Yeah, SORRY to call late at night to find out what to do. Silly mistake calling a doctor for help. Save the "SHOULD HAVE gone to the E.R." stuff. Already did the Urgent Care/Medi Center and was REFERRED to this office.) Moving on... Patient happens to go through life for the past 5 YEARS in pain that most people "tap out" on after a month. (Oh, I left out the 4 doses of Lupron. Go Google the effects of that one too. Then combine it with the Tamoxifen.) Keep all that in mind for this next part... Dr. Levine: "I don't know how theatrical you are about pain." Patient response: "I'm not." I've personally watched this woman for the past 9 years. She doesn't complain about hurting. Not until this. Dr. Levine "We all have a different tolerance." So.... there's my review of this particular doctor at this particular office. Hopefully they'll treat YOU a little better. read more

Not one thing has gotten better and he got billed 3k because the biller told him " allergy tests are expensive" their office manager Michelle is anything but a manager and is a rude disaster. Dr Roffman seemed very qualified in vertigo. Tested thoroughly, diagnosed, and did Epley procedure. Cured my problem. Would recommend.

Eric Roffman, M.D My symptoms was bad over the weekend so when i finally booked an appointment on Monday, took Bendyrol the night before and felt a little better. My appointment was 2:20 i had to wait until 3:15 to be seen by a nurse which i explained in details my symptoms, and told her that symptoms keep changing and every time it gets worse. I even had to go to the ER a month ago . I had to wait for another couple of minutes for the doctor to see me Eric Roffman, M.D .he didn't bother himself to look at the notes the nurse wrote and saw me less than 5 minutes and prescribed nothing. because as far as diagnosis that took less than 5 minutes every thing is normal , doctor was not even pleasant and seemed careless and made me feel like I'm some kind f crazy person who keep imagining things. I don't know how even these doctors still have their license yet. I didn't pay co pay for a specialist to be seen by a nurse this is total rib off read more

I went to Dr. Rhee for recurrent tonsillitis and strep throat. We decided on a tonsillectomy, which we scheduled for the following week. Dr. Rhee and his staff were extremely flexible and helpful when I told him that I was in a bit of a time constraint due to my job beginning in a few weeks. The surgery was done at Ramapo Valley Surgery Center and went exceptionally well. The doctors and nurses were very nice and extremely professional. The procedure was quick and the post-operative care was exceptional. Everything went smoothly and I was home within an hour or two of coming in. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Rhee and his staff. He is knowledgeable, professional, and cares a lot about his patients! read more

My daughter went to Dr. Rhee for reoccurring tonsillitis and sinus problems. From the moment we walked in Dr. Rhee took his time and explained everything to us and discussed different options that we had for our daughter. We decided to have a tonsillectomy and her adenoids removed. We have this done at Ramapo Valley surgical center. The surgery didn't take long and we were home within two hours after the surgery. Dr. Rhee even call the next day to see how my daughter was doing. Over all the staff doctors and nurses were fabulous at both places. I would highly recommend Dr. Rhee. read more

He even printed out information to take with me. He was reassuring, precise and eased my fears of total removal of my thyroid. Made an appointment for today-time given 1:40. Arrived on time, signed in, had insurance info ready and was thankful that I was seeing Dr Rhee to help with my ear problem. Unfortunately my appointment was not recorded in the books and therefore was told that Dr Rhee was booked and would only offer to give me an appointment for next week. I have been experiencing symptoms of vertigo after a sinus infection or ear congestion typically during the Spring and Fall. It has gotten so bad that I have missed a lot of work. Looking for the root cause, my primary doc suggested an ENT. Dr. Rhee sent me to have my hearing checked and then a procedure to check for inner ear problems. Both came back normal. He didn't offer any other avenues other than to come back when I have symptoms again. Unfortunately, I cannot drive or get out of bed during those times. On my own, I tried the allergist, Dr. LoGalbo. After the basic allergic tests (which I knew were not going to show anything), it turned out that I don't have seasonal allergies but I do have dog dander sensitivity. His suggestion was that I don't allow my dogs on the bed. I asked him if it made sense to him that if it were the dogs causing this, that I would only have trouble seasonally? He said no. He just shrugged it off and sent me on my way. Overall, I feel that neither doctor was very helpful in getting to the bottom of my issues. read more
