I'm not sure to give this a star or not but never go to the optical place inside this business because you get the runaround, like I did as soon as I put my prescription in to the person that does the glasses I wait about a week I went down to the Verona location numerous of times still got the runaround on the website says on Mondays do open it 8 to 7 so I came down there after work. Nobody was in there at the Vernon location. They don't consider that people work and so I asked the lady that does the glasses to bring them down to the Belleville location so she did. I went there about 11 o'clock on September 27. As soon as I walk inside the door, she said she'll be right with me then the nurse came out started modeling stuff about me questioning her the lady that does the glasses about me. When am I therefore the lady does the glasses after talking to one of the people that work there about me? What am I here for? I said I'm here to pick up and I was waiting patiently, so after she was done with the person that was ahead of me that's when she got me she finally took me and I finally got my glasses. I have been going to this eye doctor place for years ever since the founder, of the original founder of Dr. Eichler before he died my grandparents used to go there. The waiting room is very large with plenty of chairs and a flatscreen with 2 bathrooms, though one of the doors has a broken lock. Give yourself plenty of time though cause you will wait, and wait and wait and wait. Its sort of understandable because you are dealing with people with casts and various procedures being done and most of the people you will be waiting with are elderly and come on a regular basis so you kinda get to tangentially know some of the people. After removing the patient's kidney, Dr. Patrick Ciccone told us there was no evidence of metastasis and booked us on our first follow-up appointment in July. On the day of the appointment, neither Dr. Patrick Ciccone nor Dr. Michael Ciccone was available, and instead the patient was seen by another doctor from their practice, Dr. Erol E. Ulker, who did nothing other than to tell him to return in November to see Drs. Ciccone. After a CT scan was performed 4 months following that visit, on November 25, 2014, Dr. Michael Ciccone said the patient's lymph nodes were enlarged, referred us to an oncologist, and gave us a Surgical Pathology Report (dated June 2, 2014 -- only a week after the surgery) to show him. We had been unaware that such a document even existed. After reviewing the Surgical Pathology Report, the oncologist asked if the patient had been taking any medication, and when he learned he had not been prescribed any he was very surprised. The report contains loads of information, including terms such as: "Lymphovascular invasion: Present", "Tumor grossly extends into the renal vein or its segmental branches", and "The tumor is grade 3". Based on the oncologist's reaction from the report made immediately after surgery, we believe Drs. Patrick Ciccone, Michael Ciccone, and Erol E. Ulker were extremely negligent in failing to prescribe medication for six months straight following the patient's surgery and for not referring us to an oncologist much sooner, despite knowing the pathology report was very troublesome.

The woman at the front appeared miserable and was complaining with another employee about all types of things. Wait time was decent and I was seen at my scheduled time which was nice. The nurse was professional and the Orthopedic Doctor was phenomenal! It's a shame though that he will be moving to a NYC office because I would for sure have seen him again. The checkout process was just as terrible as checkin as the same employee was there and didn't provide me with everything the doctor requested she do. [A major pet peeve of mine is providing all the information about your insurance when they copy your card and ask you questions about your medical history, only to be asked about the same questions by the nurse during your initial exam) My appointment ran nearly on time. I was seen within 10 minutes but they apologized for keeping me waiting. Considering that Dr. Greifinger is a specialist (especially an orthopedic surgeon), I almost consider this early. The nurse took x-rays while I waited and asked thoughtful questions about my history. Dr. Greifinger then introduced himself to me. He was very kind and was able to carefully explain what was going on with my shoulder within a couple of minutes. It was a relief to finally be able to have a diagnosis and a treatment plan going forward. He also gave me a shot which nearly immediately reduced the pain and allowed me to get a good night's sleep for the first time since I first started to have a problem. I was even able to start getting my range of motion back later that evening. Everyone in the office was very nice. My visit did not feel rushed. His nutritionist is very nice and she explains a lot of health benefits and what the steps to take throughout the procedure and she gives you a packet that gives you great detail on the steps to take throughout the liquid stage and the puree stage ,that gradually takes you to regular food stage . After the surgery the staff calls to check on you to make sure you're okay and you're not in pain . All of my follow-up visits have been nothing but excellent . You're never in the waiting room waiting longer than 15 minutes and once you're called in the back your in the room 2 minutes tops before Dr Strom or one of his associates come in to speak with you . When I asked the front desk how much it cost for the tooth because everything was estimated they told me $2300 so they owe me money. They billed the insurance company over $4000. I found all this out because I am constantly calling the insurance companies. The girls at the front desk said oh you could just take the extra money and just put it towards your next visit. No, I don't want to do that because there is not going to be any future visits after she corrects the horrible work performed by her. The girls at the office are incompetent. My insurance company kept saying that they never received anything from them. The girls at the office said they sent it three times. My insurance company said they never received it. Once they have your money, they don't care about you. I put out of my pocket $2500. Dr. Mehta put a bridge in my mouth and I have not eaten in four days. Only liquids because food gets stuck where she put the bridge. I went to her on Friday January 14, 2025 and she cleaned where there was food stuck that I could not get out. I woke up Saturday morning OK until I ate 2 crackers, then I was in agony again. I called her office at 2 am and left a message . I was in so much pain I could not sleep. She returned my call 2 days later on Monday and could not get me in until Wednesday, January 22, 2025. I work and I am not taking off work nor going in before work to be in agony at work. She could care less. I told her that this was not a good fit, and it needs to come out and redone. She said she would take it out and leave the hole there. I told her that she either reimburses me or makes me another bridge. So needless to say I have to go back on Wednesday January 22, 2025. She hung up on me three times during this conversation because she didn't want to hear or like what I was saying . I called her back and told her it was very unprofessional to hang up on her patients. She tried to tell me that the 3 hang ups were dropped calls. She doesn't know how to deal with patients/myself and has no patience. She was tossing her tools around because she was angry that I was complaining that she didn't do a good job. She did not like what I had to say and was acting like a bratty child. She told me that she takes a little pouch with her toothbrush, her pics and whatever else she needs to get the food out of her teeth. I said, you do this every time you go out to dinner and she said yes. Well, I can't go through all those motions and carry a pouch with dental tools in my pocketbook. Something is wrong because the bridge is not flush against my gums. That is why food is getting jammed in there. I have three friends that have bridges and never had a problem like this. She needs to reimburse me or make another mold and not at my expense nor my insurances. She also made a cap for me, the tooth is at an angle crooked. It was never like that prior to her making that cap, she insists that that's the way it should be. I am not happy with that either. I wore braces for four years so my teeth were straight. Once she finishes or fixes what she started, I won't be going back. As I'm writing this, I am in pain and will be until Wednesday. My insurance company is aware of all of this. But this place is the real deal. Just went for a regular cleaning and I felt like I left with brand new teeth. Felt like every person I interacted with took great care and pride in their work.
